First update from the courtroom of the pre- trial hearing of Tyler Robinson.
Charlie Kirk’s parents and widow Erika left the courtroom as soon as graphic testimony was entered by the first police officer who was there when the shots were fired. President Donald Trump son Donald Trump Junior and his wife are here supporting Erica and the Kirk family. We learned that police believed a shooter was in custody just seconds after the shot was fired. The officer on the stand said he knew fairly quickly. That information was wrong and there had to have been a shooter on the roof with a rifle.
