Fascinating innovations as Kwekwe Poly made an e-bike which can cruise up to 40km/hr. Education 5.0 as enunciated by President Mnangagwa should teach innovation and this is it. Education 5.0 is the way to go.

FINANCIAL ADJUSTMENTS (No. 2) BILL, 2026
MEMORANDUM
When a Government Ministry or Department spends more than it was allocated, or spends on something it was not allocated for, the Constitution (section 307) requires the Minister of Finance to bring a Bill to the National Assembly asking for condonation of that unauthorised expenditure. This must be done within sixty days after the amount is established.
In line with this, we seek condonation for unauthorised expenditure incurred by the Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion as follows:
1. US$25,305,741 for the year ended 2015.
2. US$1,490,890,087 for the year ended 2016.
3. US$4,562,064,124 for the year ended 2017.
4. US$3,560,343,130 for the year ended 2018.

Ten new Zimbabwean senators were sworn into office earlier today despite a pending urgent court challenge filed in the Constitutional Court.
The swearing-in ceremony took place before the Clerk of Parliament Kennedy Chokuda, following President Emmerson Mnangagwa's appointment of the 10 members under the newly enacted Constitutional Amendment Act No. 3.
This came as Bulawayo-based activist Thamsanqa Ncube and pressure group Ibhetshu LikaZulu filed an urgent application (case reference CCZ284/26) on August 24, challenging Mnangagwa’s action as unconstitutional, unlawful and unprocedural.
The respondents are Mnangagwa, Speaker of Parliament Jacob Mudenda, Justice Minister Ziyambi Ziyambi, Attorney-General Virginia Mabhiza, and the 10 senators.
The applicants argue that the appointments are unconstitutional, unlawful, and unprocedural.
They contend that Section 120(1)(e) of the amended Constitution requires the President to appoint these specific senators based strictly on "professional skills and other competencies" after consultation with the National Assembly, but accuse him of instead packing the upper house with ruling Zanu PF politicians, who are his political loyalists.
