To add insult to injury, Ohio State special teams coordinator Robby Discher was Illinois’ TEs coach from 2023-25.
During that stretch, only one TEs coach in the FBS had better position group-level run blocking grades.
Ohio State has a built in solution to Bailey on staff.

Throwback to when Ohio State went into Illinois and upset the then ranked 16th Fighting Illini in 2011. Fun Fact, Ohio State completed 1 pass the entire game with the one being the Jake Stoneburner touchdown. One of the ugliest wins in Buckeye history.
