Honored to be a guest on The Rich Redmond Show, hosted by my longtime friend / drum hero / mentor @RichRedmond. Watch it at youtu.be/26vD1UeRhqE
A guy that I've learned a lot from is @RichRedmond. Rich is my drum hero! I love that guy! He's let me be part of his drummers camp that I would have gladly paid to be a part of. Also got to hang with the incredible @jimrileymusic. Those guys have upped my game!
Phil Collen, the guitarist of @DefLeppard, came in to produce the 'Shock' record. We were excited about that. And we were going to really be a hands-off band. Let him make the record he wanted to make. The first thing he told me was, 'I want to be able to air drum the record.'
Another project with Marc Bonilla and Travis Davis, Saville Row and the song "Hard To Let Go," featuring Mike Greiner on vocals.

So grateful that Marc Bonilla came into my life and invited me to be part of so many wonderful projects, like this one, "Commotion" by Marc Bonilla and The Dragonchoir.

Excerpt from a recent interview Marc Bonilla did. Here he talks about hiring me for Keith Emerson's "Three Fates Project."
This week in 1980, we lost John Bonham. It is a testament to his talent that, 40 years after his death, he is still influencing and inspiring rock drummers around the world. Lord knows he has been a guiding light for me since I first picked up a pair of sticks.
As you are influenced by other artists you meet or admire from afar, be careful not to lose yourself. Find yourself in their music and learn from them, but continue to develop your own voice.

What @TAMAofficial has done over the last three decades is quite remarkable. From the hardware to the shells and the detail of the design, these drums I’m playing now are the finest on the market, hands down.
A belated happy birthday to @ChuckWrightBass! I am proud to be part of his "The Weight Of Silence - Reimagined."

When I play shows, if I try to force things, the result can be disappointing. I usually have a great night when I let the spirit of the moment take over, don't take myself too seriously, and have fun with it all.
Hitting a spiritual bottom. An excerpt from the Troy Shows Up talks. #sobriety
