🇺🇸 BLACKROCK FILES FOR A BITCOIN ETF THAT LIMITS LOSSES, BUILT ON ITS $65 BILLION IBIT
The proposed iShares Bitcoin Managed Protection ETF (PBIT) would use options on IBIT to cap each tranche's maximum loss at roughly 10% before fees, in exchange for capping how much of bitcoin's upside holders keep.
Fees and cap levels are still blank in the filing.
It's built for the cautious advisers and retirement money that have stayed away from bitcoin because of the swings.

Total chaos in Europe. Milan. This brave woman, all on her own amidst hundreds of criminals, tries to restore order and put an end to the lawlessness. She was even assaulted for doing so. This woman is a true Italian who loves Italy. Let's make her famous.

The car industry had a century to build an electric car people actually wanted. It didn’t.
The aerospace industry had sixty years to make a rocket reusable. It didn’t.
The telecom industry had decades to connect the billions it couldn’t profit from. It didn’t.
One person looked at all three and started crossing them off.
Reusable rockets that land themselves. Electric cars that outsell their gas-powered rivals. A satellite network that beams internet from orbit to any point on the planet. A platform where speech is no longer filtered through a handful of editors. A chip inside a human brain that lets a paralyzed person control a computer with their thoughts.
And now a car that flies.
Six companies. Six industries. Each one operating at the frontier of its field while feeding engineering, data, and capability back into the others.
The rockets fund the satellites. The satellites fund the rockets. The cars train the robots. The AI runs them. The platform keeps the conversation free. The energy powers all of it.
People keep waiting for him to fail. They have been waiting for twenty years.
The rockets were supposed to explode. They land on boats. The cars were supposed to be toys. They outsell everyone. The satellites were supposed to be impossible. They connect six continents.
The brain chip was supposed to be science fiction. It is inside a human skull right now.
At some point the pattern stops being luck and starts being something the critics are not equipped to recognize.
Not because they lack intelligence. Because the framework they use to judge what is possible was built inside the institutions that couldn’t do what he does.
The conversation about Elon Musk has never been about Elon Musk.
It has been about how uncomfortable it makes people to watch one person accomplish what entire industries organized themselves to attempt and never finished.
History does not produce this combination often. The drive. The technical depth. The pain tolerance. The willingness to let the mission burn through everything else. And the insane ambition to attempt all of it at once.
Every one of these technologies would have arrived eventually. Reusable rockets. Electric vehicles. Global connectivity. Brain interfaces. None of them violated the laws of physics.
But eventually can mean fifty years. And fifty years is the difference between your grandchildren seeing it and you seeing it.
The most overlooked thing Musk has done is not any single invention.
It is how much of the future he pulled into the lifetimes of people who would have died before it arrived.
Earth does not get many of these.
And the people still betting against him are making the same mistake every industry made before he walked in and did the thing they said couldn’t be done.

🚨BREAKING: Protests erupt in Japan demanding the deportation of all illegal immigrants.
From Australia to Europe to Japan, citizens are uniting for remigration.
The Globalist agenda is crumbling.
Back in 2014, Elon Musk founded a school Ad Astra right inside SpaceX HQ to teach kids how to think and solve problems from first principles
In rare footage, Elon explains:
“Let’s look at the physics and economics of a rocket…”
Instead of accepting that something is impossible because others have failed at it, break the problem down to fundamental truths......what the physics and materials actually allow....then reason up from there to see what’s possible
The same mindset made SpaceX make reusable rockets a reality, being passed on to the next generation

⚡️Musk is attempting something far more consequential than a $10.7 billion giveaway.
He’s creating a generation of Americans with a direct financial interest in the success of one of the country’s most strategically important companies.
The genius of the structure is the distribution. One share per child creates millions of individual ownership relationships while leaving concentrated corporate control largely intact. A $146 gift has limited immediate economic significance. Its potential power comes from what happens afterward.
Every SpaceX milestone becomes personal. Every increase in valuation raises the value of an asset held by American families. And every political battle involving SpaceX now has the potential to become a debate over the financial interests of those families.
Musk is attempting to convert corporate success into a form of distributed political legitimacy.
But the mechanism goes deeper.
SpaceX already operates in sectors central to American strategic power: launch infrastructure, satellite communications, and defense. Its relationship with Washington will become increasingly consequential as space infrastructure expands.
By distributing ownership across American children, Musk would begin aligning three constituencies that historically had different interests: shareholders, the federal government, and ordinary households.
That alignment becomes especially powerful if SpaceX continues appreciating over decades. Children who receive their first share could eventually become adults whose earliest investment was tied to America’s space infrastructure.
Musk is trying to turn SpaceX from a company Americans depend on into a company Americans feel they own.
And the deeper consequence is the precedent.
Private control of critical national infrastructure becomes easier to defend when millions of citizens have been given a financial stake in its success.
If executed, this would be an unusually ambitious attempt to transform concentrated corporate wealth into mass ownership without surrendering the underlying concentration of power.
BREAKING: Elon Musk says he will donate one share of SpaceX stock, $SPCX, to every American child in 2027.
There are currently ~73 million children in the US and SpaceX is trading at $146/share.
This makes Elon Musk’s donation worth $10.7 billion based on current share price.

🚨 NOW: Investigation confirms 54 GROUPS, including communists, socialists and Islamists, are BEHIND the major riots in France
The fake news told us it's about "students"
It's about the INVASION of France both by foreigners and 3rd world ideology! 😠
"You don't see the French flag flying in order for them to get a better France. They're trying to destroy the nation!"
"They work with the Islamist groups that are very anti-Israel. And that's why you're going to see the Palestinian flag along with these images of the hammer and sickle." — @AsraNomani
Only 16 of the 54 groups are student or youth groups. The other 38 are adult-run communist parties, unions, revolutionary groups and propaganda outlets
The network also includes Tricontinental and CodePink, both tied to Neville Roy Singham, a Marxist American tech millionaire who lives in Shanghai
The same Singham-funded network has been behind anti-Israel and anti-America protests in the United States!
Make no mistake: if France falls to this mob, they will be EMBOLDENED in the US 🇺🇸
