@easyJet after 2 weeks with our 12 month old being admitted into hospital, being on oxygen assistance and being told she’s not fit to fly so we’ve ran about like headless chickens to get the medical declaration form filled to be then told that’s still partial refund.

My wits end and not sure where to turn to next after being told we lose something we’ve looked forward to our daughter experiencing as she hits her first birthday and told we would have a partial refund which is 1/4 of the amount we paid back to us. Where’s the justification in

Really disappointed that @TUIUK aren't letting me check in online for my flight on Tuesday. My girlfriend is scared of flying and to add to it that my booking isn't recognised on both the app and browser and saying we need to check in at the airport which by then will be too late

And we will have to sit separately. Poor efforts for a 9 hour flight. Even @jet2tweets let's you check in 28 days before for a 2 hour flight.

Okay so confession time! I'm a bad fan/friend and this is my first time listening to the last resort but I'm stuck in Welsh coast road Easter traffic so this is the most fitting time to be listening to the album in full! Can't wait to hear this live! @hsidewinder

@NandosUK had really rude service from your Broughton Park site last night. Although service was great.. girl on the door was efficient and the manager on till was really helpful... When our food was brought over the girl put our food down and asked if we wanted anything else..

Earlier this year. Finally getting to see @passengermusic live again after 5 years.. even better with @george_ezra on the same night. It was cancelled last min, I was gutted! I missed the passenger tickets this time for next month, atleast we have new music from @hsidewinder too!

@tescomobile hi guys. Had my contract with you guys for 13/14 months now. The touch is unresponsive now and I can't use it at all. Went into Apple yesterday when passing and they advised its going to cost nearly £300. Obviously money I don't have.. Where do I stand here.. a phone

Only a year old shouldn't do this. Ive clearly had a faulty phone given to me. The guy at apple said no clear damage to the phone and is a fault.. I have invoice on what they offered and all details included.
