Billions in GB300s ... collecting dust in dark warehouses
Would be a fun homework assignment to calculate how many thousands of B100 and petabytes of HBM chips are sitting in crates, unlikely to be used for years, yet pushing core PCE up by 0.5% this year

WE AUDITED ALL 58 FOREIGN-BORN FEDERAL JUDGES SITTING ON AMERICA'S BENCH FOR LIFE. I spent over a billion tokens and about 45 days on this deep dive. Through this deep dive and the over a million court cases we have combed through, we have launched an American First Index (AFI) for the site. (More on it as we improve the metrics and refine deeper.) Out of 58 sitting foreign-born Article III judges, 43 were appointed by Biden or Obama. Among those drawn from ACLU and public defender pipelines, border enforcement is blocked over 80% of the time and 60% of criminal sentences fall below federal guidelines. We have added an interactive tool on bench receipts that allows you to drill down and look at how each of these judges behave on the bench. This is just the start. The federal judges are easier to identify than the state level judges. I assume there are 100s if not 1000+ foreign born or first-gen American on our benches. They do not judge on our laws, they judge on the culture they came from. This is a huge reason our country has lost its identity.

If you live in one of the gray states, your governor has blocked scholarships from the new Trump federal scholarship program from being given to kids in your state. And I would recommend upgrading to a better governor.

There’s been a lot of confusion about the Republican ticket after Shawn Oliver suspended his campaign yesterday following his OUI arrest. Here’s what you need to know so you can vote with confidence: Oliver’s name is still on the ballot next to Mike Minogue. The withdrawal deadline has passed, ballots are already printed, and early voting is underway. The Republican line remains Minogue and Oliver. If you want Mike Minogue for governor, vote the Republican ticket. Filling in that oval is a vote for both of them. You cannot split the ticket on the general election ballot. About write-ins: Some people are asking about writing in Minogue and a different lieutenant governor. That is allowed, but it is NOT the same as voting for the printed Minogue/Oliver ticket. Those write-in votes are counted separately and do NOT add to the printed Republican ticket’s total. Early voting is already underway and many ballots have already been cast for the printed tickets, so a write-in campaign at this point would not combine with or boost the official Minogue/Oliver votes. If the Republican ticket wins, Minogue has said he will ask Oliver to resign. If that happens, the lieutenant governor’s office stays vacant for the rest of the term. Massachusetts has no process to appoint a replacement mid-term. The governor continues to serve normally, and if the governor is ever unable to serve, the next person in the line of succession (the Secretary of State) steps in as acting governor. Want Minogue as governor → vote Republican (Minogue/Oliver) The lieutenant governor situation gets sorted out after the election.

Just a reminder: The leading candidate for Senate from the state of Michigan said, “We, as a country, owe it to the world to open our border.” So yeah, this is exactly what Democrats want to bring to America.

This is a wild approach, @autodesk. We’re a small business paying $380 per user, per month. We’ve been paying customers for over a decade, and we make a deliberate effort to honor the license agreements for every product we use. Your software already requires authentication and an assigned license. What, specifically, prompted this email? Earlier today, I had two conversations on two separate podcast episodes about your direction with Fusion and why cloud-based API access makes sense for agentic MEP workflows. I was making the case for Autodesk. I think the product direction is right based on recent posts from @andrew_anagnost. Our company has been deciding where to invest our development effort: integrate our custom cloud agent harness into Autodesk, build on an open-source platform, or adopt one of the emerging cloud alternatives. That decision will lock in years of internal development and software spending. This decision is also central to our plans to expand @PermitZIP nationwide. An email like this becomes part of that decision. So does the time we have to spend responding to it.For more than a decade, we’ve paid for anywhere from 5 to 30 licenses each year. Autodesk is our single largest SaaS expense. This is a heck of a way to make our next platform decision easier. Starting next week, we’ll begin transitioning away from Autodesk products. We have nothing to hide and will cooperate with the audit. We’ll also be directing our future spending toward companies that earn our confidence as partners. I hope your audit goes well.

The plan: scare & harass conservatives from participating in politics and government. Run you out of the public square. And re-open the gates to unfettered, anti-Western mass migration. That’s their plan.
ON UCHICAGO CAMPUS: U.S. Senator from Michigan Elissa Slotkin hopes planned political prosecutions of republican leaders will scare young conservatives from getting involved in politics. @ElissaSlotkin

There is one legit journalist covering all of Beacon Hill One This guy 🔽 The rest are fluffers for Maura Healey – at Glencoe, FL
#NEW: Following her final debate against #Republican Mike Minogue @mikeminoguema, #Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey @MassGovernor refused to honestly answer whether she knew about her disgraced former aide LaMar Cook’s violent criminal history, including 2001 driven shooting charges, before hiring him. We reported at the Herald @bostonherald in December that a public records request proved Mass. State Police informed her of this. I asked Healey about this clearly and directly several times, to which she kept falling back on “firing him before he was even arraigned” on his serious state drug and gun charges in October 2025. Cook was arrested yesterday on federal #SNAP and wire fraud charges. #Massachusetts #Healey #Minogue #LaMarCook #politics #debate #mapoli

UPDATE YESTERDAY: @MassDEP is requiring InterContinental to remove its new (but practically invisible) “Public Restroom” signage on Harborwalk and Atlantic Ave facades, and install new signage with more appropriate signs, including DEP license number. Stay tuned.
Pic #1: "Public Restrooms" sign at InterContinental Hotel prior to my complaint filed at @MassDEP in Feb 2026. Pic #2: Replacement sign deemed acceptable by DEP (yes, it's there): Black vinyl letters on reflective glass, virtually invisible. And no DEP License number.
