Diversity is here, that variability is here! It's going to help us get to the next step of what we can do. If you don't buy into the recognition of why this is going on, it's going to be more challenging for you to make things more accessible or inclusive or make your campuses have that belonging in your classrooms, for example. So that recognition, I think is really what's key.
