Look I know you have stuff going on but could you please look into or get somebody that can to look into people not being able to play the game since Patch 1.17. We have wen't through all the proper steps with 2K Support. Even escalated the ticket to higher ups. After going through that 2K Support said they can't figure out what's going on and basically said your team needs to address the issue as it's out of there hands.
