Thanks to the @univofmaryland athletic advisors for asking me to come in and speak with and share my story with the incoming freshman athletes. I take this opportunity very seriously, as I was once in their shoes and was not fully prepared for what they about to bestow upon.

Honored and grateful to be asked back for the 2nd year to speak to the incoming @marylandterrapins freshmen athletes about my journey and mental health. I take this opportunity very serious, in hopes of sharing my ups and downs can help them throughout their journey while there.

Out of all the awards, trophies, things I’ve achieved thus far in my life this one is by far the biggest one. It’s official now.

We at Think First Global are excited about this partnership with @OneMarylandNIL working with the student-athletes from @umterps . We are looking forward to doing great work in the community together. #community #volunteering #Terps #Thinkfirstglobal

Was a great event Senator @NickCharlesII did this past Saturday. Doing a back 2 school drive in his community. Was able to get some of the @TerrapinHoops players to help assist. Thanks to @OneMarylandNIL . It’s all about giving back.

I was honored to be the guest speaker at @umterps @TerrapinHoops incoming freshmen Bridge program, helping their athletes get prepared for the journey ahead of them. Grateful to the staff for allowing me to be able to share my story and experience to help their student-athletes.

18 years ago I made a promise to my mom that I would go back and get my degree from @umterps .I wanted to make my mom proud, but also my kids. I wanted to show the kids I work with in my organization that’s it never too late. Change your past, by how you show up to your present.

We at Think First Global (thinkfirstglobal.org) are really excited about this partnership with @pgparks . Hosting our first Free Basketball and Life Skills workshop of 2023 .The kids will have a great experience, learning from great coaches. Sign up docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F…
