A few coaches and athletes have asked about our recruiting standards at St. Charles CC. We are NJCAA D3, which means no athletic scholarships. BUT, we are a tremendous value - tuition less than 4k a year, or free for A+ students! We want local athletes who love the sport!

First two signings for our 2027-2028 season! Excited to have Carson (Orchard Farm) and Skylar (Francis Howell) join us! Both are track and XC kids, and their coaches and teammates say amazing things about them. Who’s next?

Girls had a great day at the GAC championships. Girls finished 4th out of 17 total teams and 4th in the South division as well. 6 of the 7 girls ran Personal Bests. Special shout out to freshman Amelie Petitjohn on earning All-Conference honors. Proud!

I’ve coached at D2, NAIA, and JUCO (and HS, private, and club) - all have been impactful, challenging, fun, frustrating, and rewarding.
I ❤️ T&F Coaches!

It doesn’t matter if the school you get coach at is: • D1 • D2 • D3 • NAIA • JUCO All you need is a chance to coach and make a positive impact on young people.

Our first hurdle day today! Good mix of long/short hurdlers and some new kids who are going to be trying the multi! So I guess @CoachKenny__ better get ready for more multi kids at his meet! ⚡️

I always ask about four things: consistency, attitude, effort, and how they treat others.

Parents, your son's head coach gets calls from college coaches during the season When that call comes, the college coach is not asking about stats He is asking what kind of kid your son is. How he handles adversity. Whether the team respects him. If he shows up every day or just on game nights. That phone call can open a door or close one

Schools in the GAC and local private coaches - we are looking for 200/400m sprinters and XC athletes. We want consistent, hardworking kids that have great attitudes and give great effort. If they love the sport and want to keep competing, please reach out!
