Today Neuroscience loses one of its dearest children. Kresimir Krnjevic (1927-2021) passed away at 94. bit.ly/3x2Yu57 I had the honor of having him on my PhD supervisory committee, and remember stressing each time I had to show him my data. @McGillPhysioloG @mcgillu

Krnjević helped discover the inhibitory action of GABA and the excitatory action of glutamate and their important roles in signal processing in the brain. I remember he was using 2 monitors before it was a thing @McGillPhysioloG
