No, Donald, you shitcunt. You get no further say in negotiating peace in Ukraine, because you are Putin’s orange little bitch and you have made the United States into Moscow’s useful idiot. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Donald Trump set another record.
There’s NEVER been an election (since polling began in the United States) where voters said “corruption” was their top worry.
Until now.
.@SpeakerPelosi "As I have asked for years: What does Putin have on Trump that he would sell out America’s values?"
On October 16, 2019, I told Donald Trump, “With you, Mr. President, all roads lead to Putin.”
On October 16, 2026, Trump signed an executive order waiving new sanctions on Russia passed by bipartisan majorities in Congress and signed into law just last month.
This decision insults America’s commitment to democracy and our brave men and women in uniform, as Russia helps Iran target American forces.
I join Republican senators in condemning this unconscionable capitulation to a Russian dictator who illegally invaded Ukraine and butchers innocent civilians.

Putin is playing Trump like a fool.
How embarrassing this is for our great country.
Since the American President announced the energy ceasefire a week ago, Russia has deliberately attacked Ukraine’s energy and oil and gas sectors 76 times. Last night alone, there were strikes on substations in the Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, and Odesa regions. Tens of thousands of families remain without power. Energy workers and repair crews are working virtually around the clock to restore electricity supply. Overnight, the Russians also struck residential buildings in our regions. As of now, 12 people have been reported injured, including two children. Two people have been killed. My condolences to their families and loved ones. This morning, there was a strike on an agricultural enterprise in Volyn. All necessary services are working at the site.
In total, over this past week, the Russians have attacked Ukraine with almost 2,700 attack drones, 1,700 aerial bombs, and 66 missiles, most of them ballistic. The main targets of these strikes are energy facilities – the Russians are trying to cause a blackout. And America should see that Russia is not taking any reciprocal steps in response to sanctions relief or agreements. On the contrary, they take every signal of an opportunity to make money as proof that their bet on war is paying off and they can keep fighting. It is because of this position of Russia’s that the war continues, not because Ukraine is rightfully defending itself. It is Russia that must face pressure for peace to have a chance. Thank you to everyone who understands this and helps.

Imagine being the President of the United States and only this many people show up to hear you speak while former President Barack Obama fills a 23,500 seat venue in Manchester with lines around the building.

Trump is siding with Russia. Again.
He’s attacking Zelenskyy for striking Russian oil refineries, while Russia has been relentlessly bombing Ukraine’s energy grid and civilian targets.
Ukraine actually STOPPED hitting refineries after Trump announced his fake ceasefire, as a show of good faith. Russia kept attacking anyway.
And Trump claims Russia is doing “very little” to help Iran, even though multiple officials have testified that Russia is actively helping Iran.

Another day, another hot inflation report.
Business inflation surged in September to 6.3% (!). The expectation was 5.4%.
Every category of business inflation was hot, even after stripping away energy costs.
It's inevitable that companies will pass some of these costs along to consumers. It's yet another reason this fight against inflation is likely to be longer than anyone wants.
Business (wholesale) inflation: 6.3%
Consumer Inflation: 3.7%

Dear rest of the world,
If you want to know why the US elected Trump given all the things you know about him, the reason is that America has tens of millions of people as ignorant as this. We just aren't a very smart country as a whole. xitter.cf/atrupar/status/2110452…

88% of Americans say they’re “extremely” or “very concerned” about corruption in government — that generally doesn’t bode well for the incumbent party.
The same poll gives Democrats a 54-45 advantage over Republicans on the generic House ballot.
