Survived the karaoke night with my ( now former 😢) @TCYoungLLP colleagues … brilliant fun .. and a sore head this morning .. too old for two nights out in a row !!😂
Thank you to everyone who came to my retirement party from @TCYoungLLP last night ..overwhelmed by the kind messages and gifts .. now officially a “retired solicitor” 😱 ( although still have the karaoke night to go !! 😂)
So….today is the day…from the office decoration , it looks official!
After over 22 years with @TCYoungLLP ( and over 40 years in the legal profession) I will be retiring from practice as a solicitor…this time tomorrow I will be a “retired lawyer” !! 😱

Three judge Sheriff Appeal Court bench tell a summary sheriff he was wrong not to follow previous single appeal sheriff decision re simple procedure expenses …then proceed to overturn that previous decision and reach same answer as the summary sheriff…I think?
