I am deeply concerned about the actions of the Indian government to purge 130 million people from the voting rolls. This appears to be a similar playbook to what the Trump Administration is doing here at home to undermine voting rights in a democracy.

This guy, who apparently works for The Bulwark, wrote an article saying that he was baffled about why Shane Gillis was allowed to host SNL, since previous outings were ranked dead last for each season. I found this surprising because I’d assumed that a comic as popular as Gillis would get high ratings. I clicked through and it turns out that the rankings he was talking about weren’t ratings, but HIS personal rankings of each season. So his entire rationale for why it’s bad when Gillis hosts the show is that he doesn’t like it when Gillis hosts the show.

The judge in the "Cornell 7" case just tried to have this letter (see tweet below) "deleted" from the court docket, and then when she discovered "deleting" the letter was technically impossible, settled for having it entirely "stricken" -- not even just "sealed" -- on the grounds that the letter is "offensive... mudslinging" and designed to generate tabloid media headlines. Which is total, absolute bullshit. It was that slimeball Thomas Giuffra who initiated the whole exchange, when out of nowhere he decided to file a jumbled, poorly-written screed accusing Teny Geragos -- who's not even party to this civil case -- of engaging in an elaborate leaking conspiracy. Based on absolutely nothing other than Slimeball Giuffra's own speculative fantasies about her past representation of Sean "Diddy" Combs. It was totally coherent -- like virtually everything this man blurts out of his slimy mouth. Of course, Teny Geragos had no choice but to respond to Giuffra's unprovoked slimeball attack. She made no personal attacks in kind against HIM -- simply demanded he retract his baseless, out-of-the-blue impugnment of HER. And now SHE'S the one who gets flamboyantly reprimanded by the judge? For somehow breaching "professional standards"? Outrageous! If anything it's the JUDGE, Phaedra F. Perry-Bond -- along with Slimeball Giuffra -- who are egregiously in "breach" of basic ethics and sanity. Because the JUDGE is now the one who just baselessly accused Teny Geragos of submitting her response letter as some kind of cynical ploy to generate "salacious tabloid" headlines. Which is complete and utter bullshit. The judge cites ZERO evidence whatsoever for this outrageous claim. It's truly un-fucking-believable. If anything, this (elected, Dem) judge has officially confirmed SHE is nothing more than a moronic political hack.
