So proud of @im37_ow. He’s worked so hard this year in some difficult circumstances to prove himself and make it back to the #OverwatchLeague. Can’t wait to see what he can accomplish this season with @BostonUprising! #BostonUp

If there's anyone who could put you 6 feet under, it's this man.
A new support player joins our roster. Welcome to the team, @SixFeetOW!
Value of a past time isn’t measured solely in its ability to provide an income. I love wood working and cooking, but I’m not going to pursue either professionally. Video games have given me endless hours of entertainment and keep me connected to siblings across the country.
“Video games a real problem. You know why? Because they’re f**king fun. You do them, and they’re real exciting, but you don’t get anywhere.”
Joe Rogan has described video games as a “waste of time” for 'most people': dexerto.com/gaming/joe-rogan…

Encouraged to see professional education being offered to players in EU and NA. One of biggest downsides from loss of Academy teams (besides lack of salary and housing support) has been fewer opportunities for upcoming players to learn what's required to be an esports pro.
We're excited to reveal the upcoming changes to #Contenders Season 2!
Check out the details over at overwatchleague.com/en-us/ne…

👀Hey pro players, thinking of switching to VALORANT?
If you're on a visa...think twice.
Your visa may not be transferrable between titles + VALORANT is new so USCIS may not recognize it as a valid "sport" yet.
Consult with an immigration attorney before making career moves!
I'm intrigued to see this early model for #Valorant esports come to life. Players trialing with orgs should double-check their promises against what is actually achievable. Closed invitationals and show matches mean that not all orgs will have equal access to competition.
We aspire to bring the world together in global competition and that means building this together with you. The Ignition Series is our first step: a partnership program with tournament organizers to showcase all forms of competitive VALORANT. Learn more: riot.com/3ebKaNG
Happy to consult with any competitors trying to navigate the murky waters of this new #esport. DMs are open.
Nothing embodies life as an Iron player in Valorant as much as our Cypher claiming they could "hold A solo" on Haven, proceeding to bottom frag for the entire game, never using their camera, then typing "why are my teammates so bad" in chat after we lose 13-2.
If you care about T2 #Overwatch, tune in and support these players and staff who have been working so hard all season for this opportunity. Going to be a crazy and fun start to playoffs.
What’s that?
FIVE teams are tied for the 8th seed of North American Contenders Playoffs?? 😲
Guess there’s only one thing to do...
And that’s to have a LIVE broadcast for a North American Tiebreaker Showdown!
