Just switched from individual vials of BPC157, TB500 & GHK to a blend today. KLOW really does make life a lot easier.
Added NAD+ and glutathione to the stack.
Still continuing with CJC + IPA & MOTS-c.
Feeling the best I’ve felt in over 10 years. Peptides really do work.
Going for a dexa scan in a couple weeks that will show my 3 month progress from my peptide stack.
178lbs -> 203lbs
Left: June 5th, 2026
Right: September 21st, 2026
Stack:
BPC157 - 1.5mg / day (split dose am+pm)
TB500 - 2.5mg 2-3x / week
GHKCu - 4mg / day
CJC+IPA - 300 mcg / day
MOTSc - 5mg 2-3x / week
My exact dosing schedule was
AM:
BPC-157 - 750mcg
TB-500 - 2.5mg (mon,wed, fri)
GHK-Cu - 4mg
MOTS-c - 5mg (mon,wed, fri)
I started with mots c only Monday and Friday for the first month then added the third day.
I started tb 500 mon, wed, fri for the first month then cut it down to just Monday and Friday.
PM:
BPC-157 - 750mcg
CJC 1295 no dac + Ipamorelin - 300mcg
I took the cjc + ipa 2-3 hours after my last meal (fasted) before bed.

JUST IN: New study reveals creatine may increase muscle mass, strength, cognitive function, & endurance even without exercise.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The study reported ~1.1 kg DXA lean tissue gain (not direct muscle) without exercise; DXA cannot separate water from protein and creatine causes intracellular water retention, so this does not show new skeletal muscle.

The body composition framework nobody
is talking about simply enough.
Save this. 🔥
FAT LOSS 👇
Eat 500 calories below your TDEE.
0.7-1g protein per lb bodyweight.
10000 steps daily.
Stop eating by 8PM.
Sleep 7-9 hours.
That's it. No magic. No supplements.
Just a sustained deficit with
high protein and daily movement.
MUSCLE GAIN 👇
Eat 250-500 calories above TDEE.
Same protein target.
Strength train 3-4x weekly.
Progressive overload every session —
beat last session every time.
Sleep 7-9 hours.
BODY RECOMPOSITION 👇
Maintenance calories.
1g protein per lb bodyweight.
Strength train daily.
10000 steps daily.
Most demanding. Most rewarding.
THE RULES THAT APPLY TO ALL THREE 👇
Sleep is non negotiable.
One poor night raises your
hunger hormone by up to 24%.
Protein is non negotiable.
Without it you lose muscle
during a cut and fail
to build it during a bulk.
Consistency is non negotiable.
The perfect plan followed inconsistently
loses to the average plan
followed every single day.
THE THING MOST PEOPLE GET WRONG 👇
They switch goals every 3 weeks.
Cut for 2 weeks.
Bulk for 1 week.
Recomp for a few days.
Pick one. Stay there for
a minimum of 12 weeks.
Your body adapts slowly.
Your patience needs to match that.
WHAT ACTUALLY DETERMINES YOUR RESULT 👇
Not your program.
Not your supplements.
Not your genetics.
Whether you showed up consistently
for long enough to let
the process work.
Most people quit 4 weeks
before the results arrive.
Don't be most people.

"I have no idea what to do in the gym.
I feel so lost."
I hear this all the time.
Here's the fix. 🔥
Save this.
It's your weekly plan.
4 days a week.
Heavy on the big lifts.
Lighter on the rest.
DAY 1 — CHEST & TRIS
Bench press — 4 x 5-8
Incline DB press — 3 x 8-12
Dips — 3 x 8-15
Cable flys — 3 x 12-15
Rope pushdown — 3 x 10-15
Straight bar pushdown — 3 x 10-15
DAY 2 — BACK & BIS
Barbell row — 4 x 5-8
Lat pulldown — 3 x 8-12
Seated cable row — 3 x 10-15
DB curls — 3 x 10-15
Hammer curls — 3 x 10-15
DAY 3 — LEGS
Squat — 4 x 5-8
Romanian deadlift — 3 x 6-10
Leg press — 3 x 10-15
Leg extensions — 3 x 12-15
Leg curl — 3 x 10-15
Calf raises — 3 x 12-15
DAY 4 — SHOULDERS & ARMS
Overhead press — 4 x 5-8
Lateral raises — 3 x 12-20
Rear delt flys — 3 x 12-15
EZ bar curls — 3 x 10-15
Skull crushers — 3 x 10-15
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri.
Rest the other days.
How to progress:
Heavy lifts: rest 2-3 min
Everything else: 60-90 sec
Hit the top of the rep range
on every set?
Add weight next time.
Write every lift down.
Beat it next session.
Last 1-3 reps should be hard.
Never grind ugly reps.
How to stop feeling lost:
Walk in with this saved.
Same exercises every week.
Only the weight changes.
Nobody is watching you
as much as you think. 😂
Pair this with enough food
and you'll grow.
Grow your chest and tris
without going too heavy. 🔥
Heavy weight isn't
the only way to grow.
Research shows similar
muscle growth anywhere
from about 6 to 30 reps.
The catch?
The set has to be hard.
Today was 8-18 reps.
Lighter weight.
Every set close to failure.
Save this for push day:
Incline dumbbell bench
4 x 8-12
Barbell bench
4 x 12-18
SUPERSET
Rope tricep pushdown
4 x 8-12
Lighter pushdown straight after
4 x 8-12
SUPERSET
Cable flys
4 x 8-12
Hanging leg raises
4 x to failure
BURNOUT
Bodyweight dips
5 x to failure
How to pick your weight:
Last 1-3 reps
should be a fight
Can't hit the low end?
Too heavy.
Top end feels easy?
Too light. Go up.
Why this works for size:
Easier on your joints
More hard sets per session
Less beat up between sessions
Lighter weight works.
Easy sets don't.
CJC-1295 No DAC vs Tesamorelin.
Both are GHRH analogs.
Both trigger GH release.
Very different tools. Very different purposes.
Here's the breakdown. 🧵🇨🇦
The Canadian context.
Both exist as research compounds in Canada.
Neither approved by Health Canada
for general human use.
Tesamorelin has FDA approval in
the US for a specific
indication — that does not
transfer to Canadian approval status.
CJC-1295 No DAC and Tesamorelin
are two of the most
researched GHRH analogs available in 2026.
Different tools. Different applications.
Both worth understanding.
Not a doctor.
Not medical advice.
Always consult a healthcare professional.
Just someone paying close attention. 🇨🇦

Why stack them together.
CJC alone - triggers one pathway.
Ipamorelin alone - triggers the other.
Together - they trigger both
GH release pathways simultaneously producing
a significantly larger GH pulse
than either compound alone.
Research refers to this as
synergistic GH release.
The combination is the standard
for a reason.
