TX has $33B in surplus & $27B in the Rainy Day fund, but not enough to keep up with inflation for public ed? Why not bust the spending cap that #txlege created & can kill w/ a 2/3 vote? We can have prop tax relief AND keep up w/inflation for #txed w/$14B. #justfundittx

Call to Action 2/3 April is testing season. We need bills on assessment and accountability heard this week or the legislature will run out of time. There are dozens of bills filed on testing, but HB 4402 and HB 4514 target the testing issue fully.
