Greatness from small beginnings — key word being 'small,' key word also being 'beginnings.' We haven't arrived anywhere yet.

I once believed there are some good Muslims in the world. Living in reality will show you how wrong you were. I do not believe such nonsense anymore.

I don’t know how to say it but every Nigerian needs to watch this video several times over. Like watch and watch again and again and then make sure your neighbors, friends and family also get to watch it.
25% income Tax already passed in the house and they’re waiting for their illusive victory in 2027 to actually implement it. This is literally like going back to the slavery era. I can swear there’s no real human being running Nigeria. I think the people are being run by wicked aliens. All these political guys are just aimless, robotic figure heads.
I warned you guys that Macron’s involvement in the tax system will replicate Ivory Coast’s slavery era tax architecture in Nigeria. Ivory Coast had the highest statutory marginal personal income tax rate in the world at about 60% until just recently when Denmark surpassed it with 0.5% at 60.5%. Think about it, 60%! An African country that’s the highest cocoa producing country in the world by a huge margin at between 1.6 to 2.6 million tonnes of cocoa per year! This is where APC and their evil, conscienceless dumbs are taking everyone to.
More natural resources like you have in Nigeria and Ivory Coast shouldn’t mean more taxation. It should mean more nationalization of resources, more tax breaks and relief for the people and more economic empowerment and upliftment. Gaddafi did it in Libya.
Excessive taxation in the midst of plenty, as is the case with Ivory Coast and now Nigeria, means that nearly all the income generated from your natural resources go to the colonial powers, and your nation survives only on borrowed money and taxing its people to the hilt. Prove me wrong and I’ll quit social media entirely. This is the hell we’re living under Tinubu.
Imagine the pains, suffering and poverty in the land when they haven’t even implemented it. Imagine the number of companies that have left and jobs lost. There is no week that passes that I don’t have to send out hundreds of thousands of Naira to support individuals and families in Nigeria, mostly people who have been doing well for themselves only a few months ago but no longer have any income. No tribe has been exempted.
So imagine what life would look like with a 25% income tax. People will eat themselves. Broad daylight armed robbery will return. Open rape and human trafficking will become the other of the day. Those who have zero wits will just drop like flies and die. This is just a sneak peek into the apocalyptic future the @OfficialAPCNg is hoping to usher you into if Nigerians don’t rise above tribal sentiments to end this nightmare.
A word, they say, is enough for the wise. You’ve now got more than just a word. Do something with it.

They lack the basic competence to make that happen.
They are simply too incompetent thwart the advance of solar+inverter technologies as the primary energy source for residential consumers.
There is absolutely nothing NITEL could have done to thwart Mobile Telephony - and even when they were given a license to make it happen; they couldn't hack it.
Same applies to Nigerian discos.

In 1997, a British woman was arrested in Lagos and detained for four days over allegations that she helped Nigerian fraudsters lend credibility to their 419 scams.
According to P.M. News, police arrested the unnamed woman after receiving petitions alleging that she acted as a front for fraudsters, using her foreign identity to make their schemes appear legitimate to unsuspecting foreigners lured to Nigeria.
“Over five prominent Nigerians have been duped by the fraudsters who used her as a front,” the newspaper reported. Among the alleged victims was a female police officer who reportedly lost thousands of dollars after being promised help securing a UK visa for medical treatment.
The British Embassy in Lagos lobbied for the woman’s release on bail, but the police refused, saying she would soon be transferred to the Special Fraud Unit for further investigation.

"Don't you have friends that are Muslims"
If I'm associating with anyone who believes that a couple kissing in public deserve to be beheaded - they should identify on time, SO THAT WE CUT OFF ALL TIES.
I do have friends that are Muslims, just like I have Christian friends, as a Christian who hardly criticizes the church and calls it's Nigerian leaders vermins, because that's who they are.
The ones who get offended, are the ones who benefits from the outputs of these vermins - others can see the truth.
You people don't have a problem with your compatriots who commit evil in the name of your religion, you don't call it out - your anger is against outsiders spotting the patterns.
Your imams preach it boldly, Christmas markets get attacked yearly, your religion justifies murder and amputation of body parts.
Not all Muslims are terrorists but why all terrorists are Muslims is a question you 'moderate Muslims' like to evade because to your religion supersedes humanity?
"You people talk as if you don't have Muslims in your life"
If you're a Muslim in my life, who thinks your religion is superior to humanity - please cut me off. NEVER interact with me again.
This has also been the basis upon which I interact with my Christian counterparts and family - I tell them all the time:
"If you think, that by virtue of been a Christian, you're superior to Muslims or any other religion - please avoid me".
The rational basis for which I approach tribalism, religion and a lot of other sociocultural labels - is that they're mostly inputted at birth.
If you were born in Kerala as opposed to the western part of Punjab, India - you're more likely to be an Hindu than a Sikh. The possibility of you being Christian is almost impossible.
If you were born in the Sahels of Sokoto as opposed to the hills of Enugu - you are 100% more likely to be Muslim than Christian.
If you were born to a family of 8 in Dakingari, Kebbi - you're most likely to be an out of school almajiri.
This is why the fundamental prism from which we should view everything and everyone, is HUMANITY.
FUCK YOUR RELIGION.
FUCK YOUR BELIEFS - AND
FUCK YOUR FAITH, if humanity is secondary to you.
You would have always been human but you could have been subscribed to a different faith and ideology - if your location and family was factored differently.
How then, are you in dubious faith, assuming the pedestal of superiority.
So, I didn't mutter.
If you're a Muslim in my life or Christian in my life - and when you see others who don't subscribe to your faith, you mentally assume yourself superior or you think your faith eclipses humanity;
PLEASE CUT ME OFF AND FUCK YOU.

Every day for the rest of October, we’re revisiting the issues Nigerians discussed in newspapers and magazines this month, around 60 years ago.
Today, we travel back to October 1975, when Alphonsus in Lagos complained about NEPA.

Unfortunately Tinubu did not come to Fix Nigeria but to LOOT Nigeria.
That is why 99 percent of those in the “Shitty Boys Movement” are either outright fraudsters or people of questionable source of income.
Just imagine; this so called City Boy movement was built to revive a major monument or solve a major problem in every state. This is their only duty. canvassing for vote will be their least priority. Just to fix major issues in every state. Imagine the city boy movement revives the National Zoo, National Museum, National parks, every national monument, canvases and champions causes like state police, strengthening the Army etc. imagine It was built to fix one major problem in every state. They will be closer to the hearts of the people by 40% .. Imagine they have an imprint everywhere for fixing major problems. You are closer to the funds; you are closer to the power to carry it out, you can be independent of the govt if you want to. it will help cushion the pressure. They are even closer to building a sustainable future in politics. Trust me; they won’t need a difficult approach to convince people. It will come naturally. You can’t win hearts if you don’t “FIX NIGERIA”
I no fit forget when one woman come our house, drop her purse for parlour, go meet my mama for kitchen.

Na so the woman run go parlour, carry her purse open am, come tell my mama say she no see the 5k wey she carry come.

In 1966, out of all officers in the Nigerian Army, over 60% were from the East. Not because they were favored. Because they qualified. They could read the map. They could speak the English. They could pass the maths.
Then came the conspiracy. And it broke their heart.
The Coup was tagged an Igbo Coup. Then the counter-coup of July 1966, where Aguiyi-Ironsi was murdered, and over 200 Eastern officers and men were systematically hunted and killed in the barracks. Not in battle. In their beds. In their offices. Their brothers in arms killed them.
The pogrom and the war. 3 million dead. The boys who survived the war were told: you can never rise again. Dismissed. Retired. Their properties seized as "abandoned property". Their rank taken. Their right to join the army turned into suspicion.
After the war, Nigeria changed the rule. Merit was killed. Quota was born. Federal Character was introduced. So the son of the man who built the army was now told to bring a letter from a chief to join the same army. The people who built the army on brains were now told to join on numbers.
The uniform changed in their eyes. From 1970 till today, every time there is unrest in the South-East, the army is sent. Orlu. Aba. Afia. The same uniform their fathers wore with pride now comes to their village in an armored tank.
That is why Abia can only produce 100 boys today.

It's caring for the facts. When it's possible, it's casting a vote. Politics is the tool through which we structure ourselves as groups and societies. Politics governs every aspect of life, and by not participating in it, you're literally allowing other people to decide on what you can eat, where, if you can have access to health care, free education, how much tax you pay, when you can retire, what is your pension. Other people are also deciding on whether your race and ethnicity is enough to consider you a criminal, or if your religion and nationality is enough to put you on a terrorist list."
That is why politics is what we will join, not the army. We need more Nigerians alive to take our grievances to the ballot in 2027 and achieve our political goals.
When we do that, Nigeria gets restructured and merit and accountability becomes the order of the day. And people like you will permanently lose your voice in the political space.

Lol the last time Nigeria was actually defeating Boko Haram was when an Igbo man was Chief of Army Staff. Lt Gen Azubuike Ihejirika, 2010 to 2014. He created the 7th Division, armed the soldiers and took territory back. For once Boko Haram was losing.
Then the conspiracy started from the North.
Northern politicians, notably Muhammadu Buhari in his 2013 BBC Hausa interview, said the Federal Government was killing Northern youth and that Boko Haram fighters should get amnesty like Niger Delta militants. At the same time a whisper campaign spread. That this Igbo General was not fighting terror but using the war as a pretext to avenge the Civil War. An Igbo man who went to save Borno was accused of going to punish the North.
To finish him an Australian negotiator Stephen Davis claimed Ihejirika himself was sponsoring Boko Haram. It made no sense. How can the hunter be accused of feeding the beast. Ihejirika denied it and went to court but the damage was done.
In January 2014 he was removed. What happened after. The army collapsed. Boko Haram took 14 local governments, declared a caliphate in Gwoza, took Bama and Chibok. The man who was winning was removed because his victory did not serve politics.
You politicized the army, turned promotion to patronage and justice to tribe. Now you call on Igbo youths who value their lives to bring those lives to your altar of bloodlust. To die for an army that sits on a mat with terrorists in the North and parades Igbo boys half naked on the road in the South East.
An Igbo man is not built for hypocrisy. Our culture celebrates only integrity and accountability.
This is why they stay away.
It's looking like the Commander is begging now, but in the long run the Southeast will end up regretting the decision made by their sons and daughters of not joining the Military. #Sentinel
