Spent the day sat in a deck chair whilst son and his Nana (my mum) biked round and round. Him on his little balance bike and mum on her road bike. Rookie error... I caught the sun.

Pain still present after negative laproscopy for endometriosis. What the feck is this? It ain't "just" constipation. I know my body.

First walk post surgery. Went slowly and had to remind myself not to overdo it.

I feel so invalidated. Need to recover from the laparoscopy and if pain persists I dunno what to do next.... We've ruled everything out.

Next week it's due to be warm and I'm in hospital to get a laparoscopy. Dunno if it'll go ahead or I'll just sit there all day and then get sent home.
