بعد جهود المناصرة والتواصل المستمرة التي بذلها البرنامج السوري للتطوير القانوني، دعا خبراء الأمم المتحدة الحكومة السورية الانتقالية إلى تعليق العمل بالقوانين التي مكّنت من عمليات ممنهجة لنزع الملكية والتهجير في ظل نظام الأسد.
