Shahmaan Ahmed was jailed for eight years in 2021 after travelling to meet what he believed were children aged eight and three for sex.
He had brought sweets and a sex toy for his intended victims. The children were fictitious, and Ahmed had been communicating with an undercover police officer to arrange the encounters.
When officers seized his phone, they discovered highly sexualised chat logs involving other children.
Sentencing him, Judge Kirsty Real said she had no doubt Ahmed would have abused the children had they been real.
Ahmed, from Newham, London, is now reportedly believed to be back with family in the area.
