🎶 SGAÌLE 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 « Onwards to Embrace the Echo » Over the past two years, I have traversed the Bealach many times, discovering a new wonder on each occasion that beckoned me to return. This album was a revelation, fundamentally Metal, yet so personal, varied and emotional. And the work of a single man… The echo of that masterpiece is clearly present on this third album. Even more vibrant and moving. The intensity and beauty of post-(Black) Metal (without the raw vocals). The unpredictability and richness of Prog. The heaviness and power of modern Metal. Folk and atmospheric touches. This unique piece of music - perfectly captured in the sublime artwork by Anaïs Chareyre-Méjan - is the work of a brilliant musician and singer, a traveller, a storyteller and a loving father who braves life’s storms. Let’s hope now that Tony Dunn will soon be able to perform these marvels (and the previous ones) on stage. He really deserves it. And there are plenty of us who are hoping for that.
