@TeamYouTube My 500k Sub youtube channel is still hacked and is my main source of revenue:

I've tried utilizing the standard methods of account retrieval and this has not worked

I've been posting on @youtube for 17 years, I love making content and learning art through teaching. My page has over 30 million views and now it's getting taken over by crypto scammers. Please help @TeamYouTube @Google

Cheecken is bringing up valuable points in this video. I'm glad he's raising awareness - after this YouTube debacle, it's become painfully clear how important it is to stay connected to other creators.

Now, on to restoring all the videos and cleaning up the damage the hijackers did - thanks everyone for your support, sharing and retweeting, I think it really made a difference!
Thanks so much for the bump @AdamKoralik - I've still gotten no further on the Google side, sadly... just 'thanks for your steadfast patience' or 'rest assured, we'll let you know', etc. Maybe stirring the pot some more will help!
There's been some updates to my YouTube channel having been hacked, how this is becoming a bit of an epidemic, and what you can try to do to avoid it.

No actual progress on the @YouTube hijacking situation. I've been told to wait, over and over again - it's so discouraging. In every other case I've learned of, reinstatement was fairly quick. I appreciate all your support, it seems to be the only way to get through right now.

YouTuber friends using SMS 2fa, this could happen to you!
You’d think with 800k followers Sycra would have gotten more than what looks to be automated responses for an account hijacking.
An update on the @YouTube situation: my channel is still suspended. No updates for the past days. Youtube is aware the channel was hijacked, but it doesn't seem to matter. @sinix777 made a video about this: youtube.com/watch?v=RkWqlvRx…

I've been talking to people, and lots of channels have been impacted by this exact situation lately. @AdamKoralik is one of them. Thankfully, he got his channel back!
If you get notified about new videos on my YouTube channel, it's not me. Someone's hacked into my Gmail and has taken over the Sycra channel. Turned it into some microstrategy thing. Don't click on any of their stuff, please.
I'll be streaming on YouTube later today (2:00 PM PST / 5:00 PM EST / 9:00 PM GMT) - come hang out, draw along, or ask questions!
