Last elite camp of the “summer” and another great experience with the @Towson_WBB program this past weekend! Thank you @CoachLHarper and Coach @Lorie_Khalil for the invite and another opportunity to compete at one of the best Elite Camps in the DMV! I’m always grateful for the chance to get back on campus, compete, learn, and get better.
Started the day with Coach Chris and the D1 Strength & Conditioning Assessment, where I was able to get a baseline for my :30-second lane shuffle, 3:00 Celtic, chin-ups and vertical jumps, showing me where I am right now and giving me some things to keep working on!
The Elite Camp portion was straight 5v5s against elite competition and talented players from all over the region, country and it was somebody there all the way from Canada. My team finished 3-3 and I was blessed to earn Team MVP!
I finished the day with Overtime 3v3s. It was a LONG and competitive day that challenged me physically and mentally, but that’s what made it such a great experience. I was gassed by the end but it showed me that I have what it takes to play at the next level, I pushed myself and I definitely got better! Special thank you to Coach @Z_baaby and Coach DiClemente for taking the time to give me feedback and advice. I really appreciate it and I’ll definitely be putting it to work.

Thanks Coach @MilletteGreen, Coach Howard, the players and the @VSUTrojansWBB program for an awesome camp and a great opportunity. Super appreciative of the feedback from both Coach Green and Coach Howard, will definitely apply what was given and what was learned. My favorite part was the 1v1 twist added where each rotation was a different condition, that was a lot of fun. Great competition in the 3 v3s and 5v5s and the coach and player energy was awesome, thankful to make the all-star team too, excited to stay in touch with the program and coaching staff! #stillworking #staytuned
Thanks to @CoachMos_CSU, Coach Brooks and the @CoppinStateWBB program for the invite and for a great learning experience. From the intense defensive/ conditioning drills, transition drills, first jump test I ever did (need to work on my hops) to the competitive 1v1s, and 5v5s definitely put some work in and got better, grateful for the feedback and looking forward to staying in touch with the program and coaching staff!

Grateful for the opportunity to attend another @JMUWBasketball Elite Camp! It was awesome competing against talented players from around the region and the country while learning from the reigning Sun Belt Champs.

Had an amazing time at the @Radford_WBB Elite Camp this past weekend! Thank you to @coachmcguire , Assistant Coach @jjack_10, the entire coaching staff, and the players for creating such a great experience. I learned a lot and I got better.
My favorite parts were the player Q&A, getting to go through actual Radford Women’s Basketball practice drills and offensive sets, competitive 5 v 5s and hearing direct feedback from the coaches and players. It was awesome to experience the energy, culture, and attention to detail that make this program special.
Thank you again for the opportunity and for investing in all of us at camp. I’m grateful for the experience and look forward to staying in touch with the Radford Women’s Basketball family! 🏀❤️
