A Blizzard dev posted the following three sayings recently:
"Convenience is the death of the journey,"
"If you're making a game for everyone then you're making it for no one,"
"Every change we make incurs a debt to the authenticity of the game and sooner or later that debt will be paid,"
This encourages me greatly.
I was able to try Monster Hunter Wilds on Switch 2 and to try Ascendance at TGS; I can't wait til it's released. It's going to be so fun.
I just finished recording a playthrough of Monster Hunter Stories 3 and I made some simple/funny art for certain parts of it, so I thought I would post it here just for fun.

The Monster Hunter Stories 3 is finally complete!
I really enjoyed it.

I had been swamped with work for the past several days.
I just log in here to hear about Peter Cullen and Tim Curry both passing away as well as a killer on the loose in Jeju (where my inlaws live) and a big chunk of Nepal being wiped off the map...
That is a lot to process.
Ok, so the completion time is nothing to write home about, but given that it was 10-star AT ark... on a tablet... in a busy Japanese airport... with some strangers looking over my shoulder...
I'll take it!
Nintendo, I know you don't care, but for the record:
When I see this on a game box, I read "Just buy it on Steam,"
You've won by being different for many years now. With everyone else abandoning physical media, now is the time to lean into being different.
Anyone else already own the game and try the demo just because? Maybe just me...
Takes me back to the hype of the first demo and us all clamoring to take down v1 ReyDau.

Are there any universities with enshittification degrees?
I mean, I would prefer to make nice things, but people skilled in enshitification seem to be getting all the best jobs these days.
This is truth.
And its unpopular only in the same way a doctor saying "eat less and exercise" would be unpopular.
If streamers are not discouraging behaviors in their own communities that they dislike, they are encouraging them. There is no in-between.
The Arkveld mastery pendant just posted and it's so cool! Awesome final A-rank challenge! WOO!!

Ok for real though... who knew you could accidentally get this rare endemic from a pawswap??
