En ces heures difficiles, la 🇨🇭 se tient aux côtés du peuple espagnol et exprime toute sa solidarité. Ma reconnaissance va également aux équipes de secours mobilisées sur place.

J’ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer le MAE espagnol @jmalbares à #Madrid pour discuter des relations🇨🇭🇪🇸.
Dans cette perspective, nous avons signé un MoU sur les consultations politiques afin de valoriser le dialogue bilatéral entre nos deux pays. Nous avons également échangé sur les défis géopolitiques et les priorités de la Suisse pour sa présidence de l’#OSCE en 2026.

Die Schweiz und Finnland feiern 100 Jahre diplomatische Beziehungen. Es war mir eine grosse Freude, zu diesem Anlass meine Amtskollegin @elinavaltonen in Bern begrüssen zu dürfen. In einer unruhigen Welt sind stabile und gute Beziehungen zwischen Ländern besonders wichtig. 🇨🇭 und 🇫🇮 teilen nicht nur gemeinsame Werte, wir gehören auch zu den innovativsten Ländern der Welt. Weitere Themen waren die Sicherheitslage in Europa, der Krieg in der #Ukraine und die #OSZE-Präsidentschaft der #Schweiz.

In den vergangenen Tagen durften wir drei Besuchergruppen aus der Schweiz zu spannenden Austauschen bei uns in Brüssel begrüssen: 🔹 Junior Netzwerk Swiss Politics 🔹 Business Administration Studierende der BFH Wirtschaft 🔹 Studierende der Juristische Fakultät der Universität Basel Ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle drei Gruppen für ihr Interesse, ihre spannenden Fragen und die anregenden Diskussionen.

Interessanter Austausch mit dem 🇦🇹Tiroler Landeshauptmann Anton Mattle in #Bern. Mit #Tirol teilen wir nicht nur eine gemeinsame Grenze sondern einen gemeinsamen Lebens-, Kultur- und Wirtschaftsraum. Tirol ist der wichtigste Handelspartner der #Schweiz in Österreich und ein wichtiger Standort für🇨🇭Unternehmen und Investitionen. Auf eine weiterhin gute und fruchtbare Zusammenarbeit!

Three years after Hamas' terrorist attacks against Israel on 7 October, Switzerland remembers the victims and all those affected by the violence. The release of all hostages is an important step.🇨🇭 calls on all parties to protect civilians, respect international humanitarian law and work towards a lasting peace. Israelis and Palestinians alike deserve to live in peace, security and dignity.
