With any mass layoffs, there will be good folks caught in the sweep sadly… but it was long overdue for the torch to be passed. After comparing Halo to Star Wars for the past 10+ years, I’m just hoping we get a good game with the original formula at this point.

Last round of TCG open event. I’m 6-1, I pair into Sebastian Lashmet. We are playing for around 6K in prizing. He takes 4.5 minutes to prize check. 15 seconds per action. I tell him 5 times in game one to increase his play. He does not. He wins game 1, 19 minutes left. 1/2

This is why Chess has clocks for both sides. For larger events organizers should start incorporating analog clocks. With popularity increasing and prize value increasing as well, this issue will only get worse
