"The attitude and collaborative nature of many recent conversations – including at the recent DPRTE, more on this below – is an indicator of the positivity in the defence industry overall, and one I can vouch for within the projects I am leading on."

We recently welcomed author & journalist @PeteApps to present to our staff & Alliance partners about the story that he's been involved in for years – the Grenfell tragedy.
A huge thank you to Peter for sharing his insight, and @Alison_Inman OBE & @bobbiehough for organising.
Over the Easter period, ourteams across the country helped to spread some joy in the communities we work in and around, donating more than 130 Easter eggs to @White_Lodge, Daybreak Respite Centre, Dementia Carers, Clubhouse Project, and Runnymede Family centre.
Thanks @Alison_Inman. It was an insightful and emotional day. Thanks to everyone involved.

Really enjoyable day with @PeteApps and @bobbiehough with the team from @SweetProjects and their partners. A reminder that if you haven’t read ‘show me the bodies’ you need to…followed by @gillkernick’s ‘catastrophe and systemic change:learning from the Grenfell tower fire…’
When you work within industries that do things like defend international security, power the world, or store humanity’s information, you need to be as specialist as they are.
