I don't think I've ever had this long of a lead time to a move! Job officially quit and team told, packing started, savings goal hit, German B2 course finished, and cv sent to various potential employers. next week a few more big steps: commit to new flat and end current flat!

Productive evening: opened an EU bank account, set up "first-6-months" finances calculator, signed up for 4 potential housing options, and started listing items for sale. Just a few more months before I actually quit my job and move to Berlin! 🤞🙌💪🤗

This whole thread 🥰❤️ It's resulted in a tragic romcom story, with him going abroad for 9 months for a job. We talked, agreed we have something special, broke both of our hearts. He can't not go. I planned to move to Berlin, and I can't wait 9+ months. Tragic, I tell you! 😭

I recently met someone, and he's not on here, so I can talk about him. I met him through a theatre company I am a part of, and at first I was immediately "in crush" with him because of his talent. I still am, don't get me wrong - the man is a brilliant actor. 1/?

All of this to say I can now recognise what I do, how I can stop and pause, and hopefully drop that mask a bit more. Also, my crush has increased exponentially, so that is TERRIFYING. The rejection sensitivity is still running RAMPANT, but that's another thread ;) 17/18

A final thought: I was diagnosed with ADHD 8 years ago (I was 34) and I am *still* discovering these things about myself. It's both wonderful and scary, but ultimately will make me feel better. I hope. Now to gather my courage to kiss the man :P /end
