There's so much change happening at present. It's easy to feel powerless & overwhelmed. That's why I have gone back to sharing the classic Stephen Covey "circle of control" model with many of the teams I work with. There are lots of big changes happening that are in our "circle of concern" & we don't have the power to do much about them. But we can still make a significant difference in the world in our "circle of control" & "circle of influence". Lets put our energies into what we can control & influence.

We've updated our #CervicalCheck charter. It tells you what to expect from our screening and colposcopy services and how you can help improve them.
We developed it with people who use our services, our staff and our partners.

5 years ago, #CervicalCheck changed to primary HPV screening.
In a new blog, Clinical Director Prof @russellnoirin reflects on this change, why it's a better test and provides better outcomes for women who #choosescreening, and what we've learned.

Boundary setting plays an important role at work. Boundaries give us a sense of control/agency, clarify our responsibilities, preserve our energy & let us live our values & standards. It's not just about individual boundaries but how we understand & support each other's boundaries as a team. Often "boundaries" means time boundaries or home/life balance, but there are multiple other boundaries we should take account of as well. Great piece from @Haypsych:
