Many admin are stressed out & having sleepless nights. Just give your best & let your staff know you are all in this together. They don’t care if you don’t have all the answers or you’re not perfect. They actually prefer your support and encouragement now as much as anything.

I try to give out communication often and in a variety of ways. You may love see Facebook. I would rather get a quick text. We have to meet people with where they are & what level they are comfortable / communication. Don't forget the power of a POSITIVE PHONE CALL #VAESPChat
