Here is an idea you haven’t tried yet chief.
Don’t loot all the state money.
Invest in schools and universities.
Appoint people on merit.
Resign.
We cannot solve the challenge of youth unemployment simply by doing more of what we have always done.
We must be prepared to do things differently.
We must be prepared to challenge established practices, remove unnecessary barriers and rethink the way we prepare young people for the world of work.

Max Verstappen has no patience for online trolls. 😭
Asked about the hate Chris Lulham has received online, Max criticized how easily people can hide behind anonymous accounts.
“If it’s aimed at me, I don’t care. So everyone can go to hell.”

National Pride, looked like National Pride.
We built the airports. We named them. Everything worked. The ANC renamed what it never built.
When it loses power, and it will, every name should be changed.
Thirty-one years of mismanagement erased, one gesture at a time.

Funny how all it took for the ANC to snap out of its deer-in-the-headlights paralysis was AfriForum announcing an independent investigation into the fuel price and associated levies.

President Ramaphosa is heading to Silicon Valley with a big delegation to meet AI executives and “understand how it works.”
Meanwhile, over 2,200 SA schools still lack proper sanitation, hundreds more have insufficient toilets, and 773 don’t have adequate water supply. Kids are still using unsafe pits in places.
Maybe sort out the basics before the fancy tech trip? 🚽💧

Fuel levy relief offers welcome breathing room, but South Africans are still paying for years of wasteful government spending. With the MTBPS now tabled, what must government do to ensure taxpayers’ money is spent responsibly and those responsible for waste are held accountable?

Nobody but the ANC cares about a despot that died 15 years ago.
You should be more concerned about SA that is going down the drain. Poverty and failed infrastructure everywhere. The ANC government placing 100s of thousands of jobs on the line by taking a hard line against the US.
