Dear Indian selectors, BCCI, coach and captain, I don’t understand why we’re still only debating the opening pair and top order. Why not build a settled batting unit around: Sanju Samson, Ishan Kishan, Tilak Varma, Shreyas Iyer, Rajat Patidar, Shivam Dube and Axar Patel (with the remaining spots as per team balance)? One thing I strongly feel is that Tilak Varma shouldn’t be pushed down to No. 5 or 6. He’s repeatedly shown that he’s at his best batting at No. 3 or No. 4. Sending him lower doesn’t do justice to his talent or strengthen India’s batting. This combination gives: 🏏 Aggressive starts 🧠 A balanced middle order 💥 Rajat Patidar as a clean hitter in the latter half ⚡ Finishing firepower with Shivam Dube and Axar Patel Just a cricket fan’s opinion. As a long-time admirer of Mr. Anand Mahindra and a believer in Indian brands, I chose Mahindra for my very first car. Unfortunately, my experience at Indian Garage Mahindra (ITPL, Bangalore) has been extremely disappointing. Despite repeated follow-ups, payment completion, loan disbursement, and even my first EMI already paid, basic steps like insurance and registration were never processed on time. Promised delivery commitments were repeatedly changed. With deep regret, I have decided not to proceed with the purchase despite the financial inconvenience this will cause me. This is not the level of transparency or customer respect one expects from a brand inspired by the leadership of Mr. Anand Mahindra.
