The only GTM masterclass you need 👇
I put together:
> what to learn
> what models to understand
> what formulas to memorize
> what tools + repos to use
> what systems to build
> what to practice every week
I put the entire thing into one GTM roadmap.
This is why the email is a GENIUS🫡👇🏻
> knows I’m hiring for a HOG
> asks me “how it feels”rather than pushing the product
> mentions bigs names like a16z + knows about my clients
> offers free credits till i actually hire someone (no brainer btw)
> no credit card option makes it safe
> offers free bali tickets if we don’t hire anyone (crazy)
> no demo calls (my fav)
Save it.
Holy f*ck just got a 10/10 cold email in a very LONG time👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
Why I say learn storytelling if you wanna write S tier cold emails
Great marketers are STORYTELLERS live example right here 👇🏻🫡
The way claude is editing videos it’s f*king scary 💀💀💀
I usually never say things like this but..
Claude will EAT basic video editors
No way this happened 😂💀
We are getting pitched back on for the cold email we sent pitching our offer
Gotta respect the grind 🫡

I started trying meme outreach for NativeShip, inspired by @Suprva02
I’m sending funny memes about problems the people I’m reaching out to can relate to.
Some are replying. Most are leaving me on seen. 😂
Still figuring out which ones start a conversation.
Would you reply to a meme from a founder you don’t know?
Back in 2023 I wanted to get into high ticket sales
So, that I can learn sales while closing clients for myself
I used to watch content of larpers back then so dmed someone who was selling courses on high ticket sales
But for some reason I got ghosted before making the payment lol 💀
Then I started DMing top sales rep on LinkedIn and got a few good leads
My offer was: I will help them get leads from LinkedIn for 100% free all they have to do is hop on a call with me twice a month to teach me sales.
I got an amazing client I can say I was lucky because he offered me to teach sales plus paid me $500 as a bonus!
The amount of DMs I get on “high ticket sales” is insanee
Course sellers online make sales seem like some bubble gum sugar pump cherry on the top shit!
Only top 1% actually make good money in high ticket sales!
And it is actually very tough that needs years of practicing
2 months ago, I hired someone to make decisions for my life.
Sounds performative. I know.
But I LOVE it.
Here's what they handle for me:
1. What I eat daily. They plan my meals, I approve, my cook does the rest.
2. What to work on first when I have 20 things on my plate and I’m overwhelmed.
3. Travel planning and what places to stay. I hate doing it.
4. A strict daily routine I follow and report back on.
5. A morning check-in. Every day I send a selfie holding a glass of water. If I don’t I lose $100 I’ve made a $1000 deposit to hold me accountable.
6. My weekly schedule, built around whatever goal I'm chasing that month.
7. Everything that doesn't need my brain. Booking tickets, house hunting, follow-ups.
Small things, right?
But I procrastinate A LOT when left alone.
Trust me following this much strict routine gave 3-4 mental breakdowns in initial stage but once you get through day 8 it becomes easy
I tried getting friends and my team to keep me on track. Didn't work lol.
As entrepreneur you should absolutely pull this move… You need a system that makes slacking off harder than doing the work.
Give it a try if u have adhd or u procrastinate a lot
I second this 👇🏻
Hot take: the best GTM engineers are copywriters first.
Everyone's obsessed with the stack.
Clay tables. Claude Code scripts. Agent workflows.
But all of it ends in one place: a message a human reads in 3 seconds.
If that message is bad, your $1000/month stack is just a faster way to get ignored.
Here's what I've learned about copy as a GTM engineer:
1. Automation multiplies whatever copy you feed it Good copy at scale = pipeline.
Bad copy at scale = burned domains.
2. The prompt IS the copy When Claude writes your first lines, your prompt decides the tone, angle and offer.
Weak prompting is just weak copywriting.
3. Data is only useful if it becomes a reason to reply Enriching 40 data points means nothing if the email doesn't use one of them to say 'here's why now'.
4. Short beats clever Under 75 words. One problem. One ask. Read it on a phone before you send it.
5. Test angles, not words Changing 'Hi' to 'Hey' isn't testing. Test pain vs outcome vs proof.
6. Read your replies Negative replies tell you exactly which line broke trust. Classify them and rewrite.
The tools write the email. You still have to know what a good one looks like.
GTM engineers who can't write are just building faster ways to spam.
Agree?

What do you guys think about this video format?
- shoot time 2 min
- it took my editor 30 mins to edit this
I can shoot 100 videos like this a week and focus on volume
But what do you guys think? Anywhere I need to improve?

Here’s how u can sell to rich people:
3 mins read time 👇🏻
1. use the poor as free ADs without actually spending money
example:
> canva is free for millions of people making instagram posts.
> those people make canva famous.
> then canva sells team and enterprise plans to companies.
the free crowd isn't the customer.
they're the ad.
notion does the same so is chatgpt or any other model you see
this is where content comes in play where you speak to the mass while targeting your target audience as well
2. price on what it costs them to not have what you offer
never price on:
> your hours
> your features
in the first call:
> ask what a lost deal costs them.
> ask what a one month delay costs them.
> ask what a senior engineer's week costs them.
have an roi and a result with a guarantee attached to it
3. add an unexplainable expensive secondary offer
> one crazy price makes every other price feel safe.
plan a: $7999, plan b: $100,000
> movie theatres do the same and even the fancy restaurants u eat at
4. the rich will pay for speed and less risk use that to ur advantage
> for a big company, every week of waiting costs more than your invoice.
> have a time frame that is faster in your industry and with competitors
> superhuman charged $30 a month for email when gmail was free.
5. tell them what to do don’t let them decide
> the poor want options.
> the rich want answers.
don't send 3 packages and ask which one.
send one. "this is what you need”
rich people pay for not having to think.
the poor make you popular.
the rich make you profitable.
build for both.

my rule for mastering any skill or achieving any goal in life:
> do it every day for 101 days.
> have fun while doing it.
> don't expect any results.
> do it only to help someone.
say i want to master cold outreach.
every day i will write to strangers(without using ai) and give them something useful for free.
without expecting anything in return
till i master the skill
the less you ask, the more you get.
don't take my word for it give it 101 days and see for yourself.
Everytime I receive hate in general I block but recently I’ve started looking at other’s pov as well
If the criticism is coming from someone who is senior to you in ur industry better take it as advice rather than taking it on your ego and listen what they have to say.
