Dear @NCIC_Kenya, you are an idle talkshop full of childish theatrics. The summons to @NdoloReuben show that you are nothing but another institution caged by Ruto. What Ndolo said was simply that he went to mobilise youths to attend the Bondo rally. The same way @gladyswanga, @WilliamsRuto and Pastor Owuor use thousands of yellow school buses to transport cheering crowds across the country. At no time did he say that the mobilisation was geared towards harming anyone. At any rate, if Ndolo had transported anyone to the Bondo function, their means of transport would have been visible at the event. So, at a casual glance, Ndolo's words on Sunday were either a huge dose of hyperbole, or a man trying to publicly account for mobilisation resources possibly advanced earlier. Ndolo is from the "Weka Tyre" school of politics, a man with a loose tongue but who is largely harmless. In fact, in boxing circles, he is known to have inspired and mentored thousands of slums youths to take up sport and maintain discipline. He is an agent of law and order, quite unlike the brodbes types who warn people not to step in their areas or blood will flow. If anything, his alleged mobilisation of youths in Vihiga and Busia to attend a rally in Bondo is a perfect example of promotion of national cohesion and integration. If you people are looking for enemies of national cohesion to summons, let me give you a few names; 1. UDA SG Omar Hassan publicly declaring that dead voters will be resurrected to vote for Ruto actually threatened national peace and cohesion and should have been summoned. 2. The Meru Governor on the microphone yesterday encouraging youths to attack @HonMwangaza was a direct affront on cohesion and stability. You haven't said anything. 3. @gpdkaluma was captured on video asking thugs to invade hotels in Homa Bay and attack any Linda Mwananchi supporters, a typical crime against humanity. You are still pussyfooting on the matter. 4. @HonAdenDuale called an entire community hyenas. The writer of your summons must have been on leave. 5. @JohnMbadiN stated the other day that if ballot boxes refused to fill up in 2027, he will help fill them. So did Sudi and Kamket. These are typical statements that inflame citizens. No summons yet. 6. @kipmurkomen dared @GeorgeNatembeya to step some place and see fire. You haven't seen. 7. @SamuelAtandi was all over Kisumu ahead of the Linda Mwananchi rally warning Sifuna's team against stepping in the lakeside city. No word from you. See, if you have chosen to be Ruto's puppies, put on the puppy fur and stop pretending to something else. The country can serve you dog biscuit on taxpayers' tab directly.

We must build these shiny things in a just, free and democratic atmosphere where all countrymen can enjoy them ALIVE. Ruto: Wewe Mr Extortionist! Governors wanakulilia! Sifuna: OK, so can these alleged Governors now come forward and make the accusations themselves? Ruto: Abujubujubuju! Sifuna: The success of SHA can not be measured by the number of people registered on it, but by the quality of services it offers and availability of these services to the most vulnerable. But as we can see, Sifuna actually drops snippets of his governance agenda and policy positions daily, while Ruto rants angrily, shouts on the microphone and sounds like a broken 1982 Sanyo Cassette player.
