nice weekend in Dallas tbh despite the last 2 games lost at the treasure on Sunday for a 38th place, thanks to @LuigiAmatoTCG @Frenk19955 and one of the best players @DogXwisdom (won all robins on the weekend apart the one at flame flame, as testing with him make it easier after) Also congrats to @nicky_goldman for the win and the invite to worlds. The deck performed pretty well on the 2 events and side. 6-2 against Miwhak 3-1 against Robin Now waiting for the possible Mihawk ban to reshape the meta so can finally grind some more Kaido for the November tournaments. Would have played 4 1c 2k nami as is very strong into Robin but didn’t have the 4th. #optcg #onepiecetcg

In the the 0-4 didn’t go as planned 5-1 at flame flame 57th not lucky with tie breaks 🟩🟥 List very similar to @Nourr_AB I think 1c nami 2k op17 is goated a against Robin Lost r3 to Robin despite having almost the perfect hand for going 1st I think I could have been less greedy, usually the plan is to clean board but opponent triggered 2 Oven 1st 2 life and on 7 don pudding + Oven so was impossible to clear board which was probably the only way to lose that game 🫠 Mihawk games were most of them very close, only 1 opponent bricked, I think is a 50/50 matchup it will depend on how many luna they see most of the time but the plan is to survive till they finish the luna, if they don’t have luna or see luna is another story. #optcg #onepiecetcg

Was a bit more happy on Sunday 🥳 going 8-2 at EGB, lost r3 and r10 to xebec as was to lazy to put some tech cards for it in the morning and just used the old list + 1 new nami op17. Tried to make Kaido work the day before with the old cards, but I wasn’t too happy with some of the interactions, so I decided to run RG one last time (maybe) and it worked out great. Congrats to all the winners, especially @LukaTCG for taking the big one. He’s just too good 🔥 I really hope all the big events like this (Dallas next) will be managed the same way in the future. Everything was well organized, and I had a lot of fun playing in different tournaments and side events on the same weekend. Considering the number of players we had at the venue and it being the first time, I think Bandai did an amazing job this weekend. Big thanks to all the judges as well. They had to put in some really long hours to help us out, and everyone was always very helpful. Really appreciate all the work they put in throughout the weekend. I was also hoping @gionni223, @AstonsansleG, @opgato22 and @railz0 could make it to worlds alongside Luka. They all performed really well last season, and hopefully they can get in next time and represent us at Worlds! Overall a really fun weekend, GG to everyone I played and all the new people I meet, sorry @Vampyrgaming for not recognizing u straight away 😂.

3-0 /3-2 with Kaido 🟣 Dreams are over tried my best but lost r4 to Miwhak despite playing well without king the all game and being good rolled R5 to xebec, had no counters the all game took all the 5 leaders basically despite clearing his board every turn 🫠 I do like the deck and I believe has a very good spread that stats don’t show and hope someone will do well with the deck today at the finals. Still undecided for this weekend finals in Utrecht Started with Xebec but unfortunately can’t survive the Mihawk slaughter on a long tournament if there are at least 30% of them. Mihawk feels like the best deck for sure by a lot tbh and may end up playing it at the end but my choice atm is between: Robin (for the fun) Kaido (I somehow like this deck) Mihawk (I’ll get bored of the mirrors after 1 weekend)

Updated list for op16.5, will pass to some op17 testing moving forward but I think this is a solid list to bring for op16.5 and very close to what I’ll bring as well. Only consideration will be maybe to find space for a 2nd 10c Shanks (I like the card to much) having more freeze cards helps to stall games in this meta to give us enough time for our opponent to run out of their freeze card or answers. especially for mirrors and Mihawk (freezing Mihawk board helps also limit is filtering with the new 6c Mihawk for 2 turns at least before we can clear them. but they can be used in almost every matchup. 9c Zoro is not that great for me as is mainly good only in the mirror but u need the right set up to play it otherwise you just get run over if you miss the window to play it. #onepiecetcg #optcg
