"the reason why the House can in accordance with the constitution be deprived of power and of existence is that an occasion has arisen on which there is fair reason to suppose that the opinion of the House is not the opinion of the electors. A dissolution is in its essence an appeal from the legal to the political sovereign. A dissolution is allowable, or necessary, whenever the wishes of the legislature are, or may fairly be presumed to be, different from the wishes of the nation."

High treason was enacted from 1997, the death penalty for this crime was abolished the year after, and the downfall of Britain become a fast spiral.
Instead of being punished, Tony Blair was highly awarded.

Stab a boat, instantly locked up until trial.... threaten to cut a woman's throat you are free until sentencing and then you don't turn up.
Don't fucking tell me there's not two tier policing and justice in this country.

🚨UPDATE: Danny Tommo’s Court Hearing
According to reports circulating today, Danny Tommo refused to leave his cell and is not attending his hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court in person. He is expected to appear via video link instead.
This relates to the Dover charges (at the migrant processing centre and related offences). The case was listed for a case-management hearing at Westminster after earlier proceedings at Margate.
He remains separately on remand at HMP Winchester for the Channel dinghy criminal-damage allegation (not-guilty plea, bail refused, provisional trial March 2027).
It still raises the questions regarding the judiciary’s decision to change the location of the hearing and the potential transfer to Belmarsh HMP.

This will make you angry - I've been pushing the DWP and HMRC on average answer times for various helplines.
The wait for the Universal Credit helpline in 25/26? 01:48.
What about for the Employers helpline at HMRC? 24:50.
Modern Britain is one big piss-take.

I realised yesterday that what I most admire about Christ's teaching is that it's NOTHING to do with power
Whereas Islamic teaching is LARGELY to do with power

Yes, you respect Jesus so much that you kill his people, behead them, force your sharia on them, run them over with cars and trucks on a Christmas Day, invade their churches and shoot them all, stone them to death, lynch them etc
Such great respect you have for him. 👍

The man who threatened to cut my throat, Madda Hussein, wasn't held after being found guilty and didn't turn up for sentencing yesterday.
There's now a warrant out for his arrest.
SERIOUS UPDATE REGARDING DANNY TOMMO - Very concerning news from my dad has just come to light.
His case for the incident where he went into the Dover Immigration Facility was due to be heard in Kent Magistrates tomorrow, this has now been moved to Westminster, less than 24 hours before the court hearing with one of the highest profile magistrate judges in the land overseeing the case.
This causes a major safety risk for my father as he has been told he will not be returning to Winchester but will be held in Belmarsh
My dad and my family have had numerous threats to life many of these are from people in that area of the country or people connected to Belmarsh prison itself and this unjustified legal manoeuvre has major implications and potential life threatening repercussions.
I will update you as this situation progresses
Thank you all Shae.

I have tabled a parliamentary motion officially rejecting all calls for any slavery reparations or apology demands.
My motion recognises the unique role Britain played in abolishing the slave trade, and actually demands African and Caribbean countries to accept that and formally acknowledge our contribution.
It goes one step further and calls for the termination of all foreign aid and visas for countries participating in any reparation demands.
All supportive MPs are welcome to sign, and if you agree with the motion - please ask your MP to back it. They have all been invited...
I am proud of our history, and you should be too.

I support Restore because I trust Lowe
Farage is clever, well informed, and a good speaker, but I wouldn't trust him further that I could throw a wet mattress up a spiral staircase
And I don't trust failed Tories either, Mr Knight
Replying to @OffTheGrid_365
The voters aren't, they're just desperate to save our country, like me.
Restore's senior team most definitely are the enemy though.
All of them launch daily attacks on Reform.
Just look at Henry Bolton and Charlie Downes posts today.
I will attack them until they stop attacking us.

In the UK if you punch a female police officer in public, surrounded by witnesses and captured on CCTV you will be released on bail
If you pop an empty boat in the English Channel you will be denied bail and kept in prison for 5 months without trial

Holding Danny Tommo in Belmarsh is a dangerous overreaction - a high security prison is unnecessary, and puts his life at risk. His son has reported the move.
I am writing to the minister requesting an urgent risk assessment and an explanation behind this inexplicable decision.
