I have found almost precisely the opposite — designers never believe me in the beginning that the most effective VR UI is a good 2D UI presented on a cylindrical layer with optimal rendering. They usually have creative visions that turn out to be ineffective.

Case: To create the #Myriad2018 brand @whoisjosephmark collaborated with LA-based 3D artist @Brendilw. Taking reference from Brendi’s mesmerising sea creatures SuperManual Studio created a custom Myriad pack of objects, colour and patterns for visitors to experience in VR.
