I’m currently studying sports journalism at Sheffield Hallam University and I’m looking for a work placement for next year to gain experience in the industry.
I've been running the podcast for the past five years, which has given me valuable experience and opportunities in media but I’m now keen to build on that experience and develop my journalism skills in the industry.

I'll be based in Sheffield next year but am happy to travel for the right opportunity.

We are extremely disappointed to have to inform @YorkCityFC supporters that a confirmed technical failure within outsourced ticketing platform (Future Ticketing), more tickets have been sold for Saturday’s fixture than the number of places available.

The quicker we move away from these the better, never get a moment of peace with them 😭

The SMC are the most poorly ran thing I've seen in a while, whether it's this or the bans last season, they are shambolic

York City Football Club shares the frustration and disappointment of supporters affected by the issues surrounding ticket sales for this Saturday’s fixture away at Grimsby Town, particularly those who may now miss out on attending the game.
We would like to clarify that this issue has been caused by an error from the Future Ticketing platform which is integrated onto our website and managed by York SMC. Neither York City FC or York SMC anticipated this error to occur. One of which we as a football club are extremely disappointed to learn of this afternoon.
We recognise how important it is for supporters to follow the team, especially away from home, and share their disappointment that some may be unable to attend.
York SMC and ourselves would like to offer our sincere apologies and to every single supporter affected by this.
The technical issue that caused this is being urgently looked into and we will work with the SMC and the ticketing platform to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

This has to be the lineup on Saturday with banks+boateng out.
Although We could maybe see Williams come back into the squad for Fallowfield but hes only had 20 mins since coming back so he is probably not ready for a full 90 🤷
