I've been eating einkorn [dot] com/all-new-organic-einkorn-spaghetti with beans, backyard eggs, and hot sauce almost daily the past couple of weeks. Any other kind of pasta and I'd feel the negative effects. Not a bad way to eat well on a budget fwiw.

Researchers gave office workers who lived under LEDs a 60W incandescent desk lamp. Two weeks later, every one of them had their color vision improve by 25%. The government banned those bulbs in 2022 for "wasting" energy as infrared. But that "waste" is actually one of the most important nutrients our bodies depend upon, and the improvement lasted for weeks after the lamps were taken away (while nothing changed in the controls). Decades of forgotten research show the artificial light we replaced it with is a root cause of many inexplicable illnesses (e.g., insomnia, obesity, cancer, and hyperactivity in children). Here I show what that research found and how a bill now before the Senate can bring these bulbs back.🧵 midwesterndoctor.com/p/the-h…

Why does X.com not have an "unravel" feature for threads? So the user does not have to keep clicking "see more" multiple times

Freedom of Comedy is a natural right. Adults repeatedly tell children not to make jokes about anything other than rainbows and lollipops because they imagine a parade of imaginary horribles of who's feelings might get hurt or what dysfunctional behaviors it might incite. But what these sad adults don't realize is they're often projecting their own fear of being uncomfortable. Jokes make us uncomfortable. Good jokes can make us really uncomfortable. Name me a person who has dealt in discomfort for good portions of their lives who doesn't have a sense of humor. Athletes, artists, monks - they all share something in common that the cubicle crowd may never get.

Suffering that lasts 3.5 years appears in several parts of the Bible, among them... Revelation 13:5–7 — The beast exercises authority for 42 months. Daniel 12:7 — "It will be for a time, times and half a time. When the power of the holy people has been finally broken, all these things will be completed." Here the 3.5 years marks the duration of suffering before God's final deliverance.

🔥 LMAO! VP Vance says he's lost a TON of weight organically, WITHOUT the "fat shot, because RFK Jr. is running his diet regimen "If you want to lose weight, call Bobby Kennedy. BUT if you want to ENJOY what you eat, do NOT call Bobby Kennedy." 🤣

The money we've wasted on public education over the last 30 years makes up about 25% of the government's total debt. And that's not counting all of the worthless degrees and the $1.5 trillion in student loans. If we don't fix this, we'll destroy our society.
