The Platinum Transparency Award is for non-profit organizations that show clear data on goals and measurable real-world outcomes. Our organization received both the silver and the platinum award over three years. This achievement shows our dedication to bettering our community!
Taking a look back, our organization purchased 3.6 acres on #bethanybeach in May of 2023. Purchasing this land serves as a reminder to continue building until we have created the perfect place for terminally ill adult and their families. Join us at sunsetbridge.org
We are proud to announce that as of 2026, we have received 3 new grants from the 'Community Reinvestment Fund" capital grant program! Please join us on our journey towards making the lives of terminally ill adults and their families easier by donating at sunsetbridge.org
The mission to aid terminally ill adults and their families started in November of 2022. It all began when our founder went through similar hardship and wanted to ensure other families had the same support that she was provided during her hardship!
We are honored to be partners with the Nurses & Neighbors Collaborative! The Nurses & Neighbors Collabortive was kind enough to list us in their article regarding impactful social entrepreneurs. We look forward to working with the Nurses & Neighbors Collaborative in the future!
We are proud to announce that the Sussex County Council has paved the way for our Sunset Bridge retreat home! On May 21st, we were given official conditional use approval from the council to build around the Bethany Beach property! #retreathome #SussexCounty #BethanyBeach
