A self-styled local fitness coach gathered a crowd at the neighborhood football field, promising to demonstrate an ancient breathing technique that could instantly burn fat without movement.
He inhaled so aggressively through his nose that his chest puffed out like a blowfish and he immediately tipped backward into a deep drainage ditch filled with stagnant rainwater.
As neighbors rushed over to pull him out by his ankles, he spat out a mouthful of muddy water, pointed triumphantly at the cloudy sky, and announced that his body had successfully purged all bodily toxins through an "unconventional aquatic immersion cleanse."

I speak for everyone when I say we want Manchester City banned for ten seasons.
🚨 The Premier League are pushing for Manchester City's punishment to be announced BEFORE the outcome of their appeal.
City lodged their appeal on October 1, with regulations requiring the hearing to conclude within 12 weeks and a decision to follow within 30 days.
This means City's sanctions could potentially be announced before the appeal verdict, which is currently expected by late January 2027, although delays remain possible.

He's been using my Netflix profile since he was 11. I never cared. I told him "just don't mess up my algorithm."
A few months ago I opened my Netflix and my "Continue Watching" was all kids documentaries. "How the Earth Works" "The Universe for Kids" "Animals That Could Kill You But Don't"
I laughed. Texted him "bro are you 60?"

Last week I couldn't sleep. 2am. I opened Netflix.

I froze. I clicked it.
