The god of deer offers a different gospel than the god of wolves.
Yet God is father to both deer and wolf.

We can't deport him! He'll be killed in his home country.
The home country: We have a warrant out for him for 39 forcible rapes of young boys.
You hear that? They're going to kill him for being LGBTQ.

America has a gun
With (very few) apologies to Brian Bilston
England is CCTV.
France, a cop with lock and key.
Greece, once free, now bends the knee.
But, America has a gun.
Sweden jails the ones who fight.
Germany fines bad words at night.
Spain forbids the wrong to write.
But, America has a gun.
Holland fines what words you say.
Canada takes your knives away.
Australia says, "you must Obey."
While America has a gun.
Japan will bow and not resist.
Scotland bans what they won’t miss.
Freedom bleeds, but still exists
Because America has a gun.
Better risk the fatal cost
Than find that liberty was lost.
The price is high,
The fight, embossed
Because America has a gun.

Has anyone discussed how "Elbows Up!" is just the goofiest slogan imaginable? 100 years of American film have used the Commonwealth-accented twerp adopting a boxing stance as a punchline; what could be less intimidating than some Canadian Boomer showing you his armpits?
Canada, I’m warning you now.
When Carney signs that associate member deal with the EU, here’s what happens next, step by step.
First, Trump doesn’t wait.
He doesn’t send a diplomat.
He doesn’t call a summit.
He just acts. Energy gets hit first because that’s where Canada hurts most. Oil and gas flowing south slows down or stops.
Not because Trump hates Canada, but because it’s the fastest way to make the point that choosing Europe has a price.
Then it spreads. Autos, steel, aluminum, lumber, potash, beef.
Every sector that depends on the American markte feels it within weeks, not years.
The Canadian dollar drops.
Interest rates climb.
Provinces start cutting services because the money isn’t coming in like it used to.
Europe won’t save us. They’ll issue statements. They’ll hold meetings. They’ll say they’re standing with Canada.
But they can’t buy what we sell, they can’t ship it across the ocean at the same cost, and they can’t protect us if it turns into something worse than a trade fight.
An associate membership gives them influence over our rules without giving us anything that actually replaces what we’re losing.
And here’s the part that should scare you most.
This isn’t about one election or one prime minister.
It’s about whether Canada stays a country that controls its own future or become a place where outside powers decide what we can and can’t do.
The Monroe Doctrine was written 200 hundred years ago to keep Europe out.
Trump is using it now to keep everyone out, including us if we don’t play along.
You can call it fearmongering. You can call it politics. But the math doesn’t care what you call it.
Three out of four things we sell go south.
No deal with Brussels changes that. Not now, not in five years, not in twenty.
So before you cheer for this and lift your elbows higher ask the people selling it one simple question.
What exactly replaces the American market?
Because if they can’t answer that, they’re not leading. They’re just hoping you won’t notice.
We seem to be on a suicide mission and signing that Associate Membership with the EU is just tightening the noose!
This isn’t a game!

America is too culturally dominant for other Anglophone countries not to also have First Amendment rights. It’s confusing and unfair for their citizens.
An Irish truck driver has been jailed for two years for calling refugees "rape-fugees" and saying "they're here to rape women and children" during an Instagram livestream.
He made the comments amid protests over the sexual assault of a woman in Dublin.

Foreign elites are actually the only asylum seekers it makes sense to admit to distant, more developed countries. We play ball with third world dictators and oligarchs and their job is to keep their dysfunctional people and culture contained and away from us.

The notion of her being a refugee is also arguably tenous at best. Her father was a Colonel in the Siad Barre Military dictatorship at the time it committed the brutal Isaaq Genocide leaving 200,000+ dead. So her dad wasnt a refugee but a war criminal genocidaire fleeing justice.

H1-B body shops exist because IT hiring can't evaluate a CS degree from some random Indian university.
So they outsource the judgment to a middleman.
And IT accepts it. "They passed a multiple-choice Oracle test, so they're certified. I can hire them."
Fine. Then an American kid should be able to graduate high school, pass the same test, and get hired as an Oracle-certified whatever. That's the reform I want.
Most of the big body shops are owned by Indians. My Indian coworkers explained how it works. You graduate from university in India, and whichever clan owns that body shop in the US hires you in India. Your job is to pass a test. Pass it, and they ship you to America. You live in basically a dorm room and study for more tests. Then they farm you out to some US corporation at $250 an hour.
If the test is the real bar, open it to American high school grads. The body shop's whole business model collapses on its own.
I just want Americans to get hired.

before this past week i assumed i'd pay into SS my whole life and never see a dime. and i was mostly ok with that.
but to see boomers make fun of me for not wanting my kids to have to pay it has been quite radicalizing.
that deal is now off the table.

"Racism" is only a thing because white people are kind and indulgent enough to care.
It's true only white people can effectively be "racist", any other group in the world thinks "Yeah, whatever; fuck the outgroup!"
Replying to @prmade313raised
You know what’s funny? Racist white people LOVE being racist but HATE being called racist. Then when Black people call out their racism suddenly WE’RE the racists. So you can dish out racism, but the moment somebody holds you accountable you become the victim? You all are very stupid!
Christianity has been irreparably broken by liberal universalism. Yes, Christianity was universalist, but only in the context that no one was deserving, everyone was damned by default, etc. In their embrace of the spiritual equality of peoples, Christian leaders let in the one thing that collapses their whole theology: A commitment that everyone is deserving and no one is damned.
#NoDeathPenalty
