In a study, people were shown clips of footballers and asked to rate their performance. When the gender of the players wasn’t concealed, women’s performances were rated much lower. When the players’ gender was hidden, women were rated as highly as men. [📷: Ailura.]

According to a 2021 @BupaUK survey, almost 1 million people left work due to menopausal symptoms in the last year.
