I'm preparing a lawsuit against the NCAA on behalf of @SuemnickPatrick. He earned an extra season of eligibility, got hurt before competing in any contest, and the NCAA canceled his hardship waiver without even reading his medical records.
I will point to the recent decision in Ondekane v. NCAA, where the court held that the NCAA’s refusal to individually evaluate an athlete's subsequent hardship waiver request breached the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
