Subbuteo France 1998 World Cup set UK version - Unused
Unlike previous post, this version has no French team
Last picture shows different box fronts between UK & French versions
Rarity value unused 6/7-10
Rarity value as used 2/10
Price I would expect £50+
Subbuteo France 1998 World Cup (French version), with French team on white bases…other teams in set Italy & Brazil
Rarity (in UK) 4/5-10
Price £40+
Similar to a prevoius post but this time without USA 1994 sticker and USA goals & balls, this set possibly produced just after 1992 European championships in Sweden , normally contains Denmark & Germany
Rarity 3/10
Value £30+
Finishing the subbuteo USA 1994 World Cup, the more common versions ,1 set with USA logo & one set without USA logo on shirts, other teams normally Germany as they were previous winners in 1990
Rarity 1 to 2-10
Value £30+
Staying on with USA 1994,another version, #60240, this was possibly the very first USA 1994 set.
Basically they just added a sticker to a previous European championship set from 1992 , & just added USA balls and goals .
Getting harder to find
Rarity 4/5-10
Value £30-£50
Subbuteo USA World Cup 1994 - not the normal common box front version, this is way rarer, possibly produced and sold in Rep of Ireland only?
Rarity 7/8-10
Value £50+ but could fly as it’s the rarer box picture, you don’t see these often for sale ever
One of the rarest Subbuteo of the sets from 1980’s, Floodlighting Edition 60130.Nothing special with contents tbh but so rare.
Rarity 9/10
Price £100+ to the serious collector, but could fly
*Show only *
Subbuteo #13402 French edition, with ref 1 and nice France team kit….
Rarity 3/10
Value £20+
Super match version 2, this time it came with polystyrene inners, and also came with floodlights inners but no floodlights.
Instead it came with carded Police squad, carded tv set, and Jules Rimet World Cup.
Rarity 7/10
Value £80+
Super Match 1st version, carded version, this set is possibly the best set I have, simply stunningly displayed, never available in UK, France only apparently
Rarity 7-10
Price £100+
Could fly way past this price to serious collector, they don’t come up often
Continental Club 2nd edition, quite a common set, not worth as much as some think imo.
NB: This should have included corner flags but no spaces for them, possibly subbuteo just changed box lid
Rarity 2/10
Price - £25-£40
Subbuteo FIFA World Cup 1982.
Rarest part about this set is the poster,
Rarity of set no poster 6/10
Rarity with poster 8/9-10
Price with poster £100+
Price without poster £50+
Subbuteo #60240
1986 World Cup edition, still factory sealed, there are a few variations of this set.
Rarity 3/10 used
Rarity sealed 9/10
Value £40+
Sealed £100+
European edition S230 - 1983-84, includes poster, my version here is still mainly sealed, but the rarity will be judged of set availability only not sealed.
The poster is still sealed to bottom of box and is possibly the rarest part of set
Rarity 5-6/10 and rising
Value £60-£100
Subbuteo Europa Cup edition, possibly German set by Jumbo from 1983.
Much sturdier than British sets as plastic insert was a lot stronger
Rarity 6/10
Price guide imo £60+
