Wanted to share an app I’m building and licensing to HS, College, Clinic, & club athletics. It’s called Strata, and it’s the app I’ve always wanted in my 20+ year career in Sports Medicine and as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Take a look below, it’s amazing!!
stratastrength.net is the site to learn all about it, its capabilities are beyond anything that exists in the market. It’s a better EMR, a better S&C app, a better Nutrition app than anything I’ve used, and all of the data TALKS to and adjusts for each other, it’s insane!

I spoke with Mike Gordon, the head athletic trainer at St. X High School and a member of the Ohio Athletic Trainers Association - on how this heat is cancelling practices and games ... although Ohio has some of the lowest standards on this issue. Full story at 5 on @local12
