Guess who made the @Forbes Agentic 20? Sam Altman, Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg...and our CEO, Tarek Alaruri, on behalf of Stuut 🔥
It's an honor to be on the same list as companies like Meta, Stripe, Instinct, and SpaceXAI. That's how painful of a problem getting paid is for our customers - we're on the same list as bleeding-edge personal AI agents, the commerce layer of the internet, and literal rocket ships.
Speaking of, if you want to join a rocket ship company, we're growing fast, fresh off our $52.5M Series B. Check out our open roles here: jobs.ashbyhq.com/stuut-ai
Check out the article in the comments, and thanks to Forbes for the recognition!
Today's a big day for Stuut: we just raised a $52.5M Series B led by Insight Partners for our autonomous agent that handles the work between order and cash for the world's leading enterprises. $93M total raised, and we're just getting started.
This round is all about our customers.
We're building on overwhelming demand for our AI coworker that automates all of the work between order and cash for the world's leading enterprises. It's grinding, repetitive work, and Stuut takes it on so our customers can focus on the judgment calls.
We’ve already moved over $3B for enterprises including ZoomInfo, Honeywell Technologies, and PerkinElmer, with Stuut unlocking 40% more cash flow for our customers. You'll be hearing more of their stories over the next week
We're growing fast, and if you want to join a rocket ship, now's the time. Take a look at our open roles here: jobs.ashbyhq.com/stuut-ai
Special thanks to Julian Marcu / Thomas Krane at @InsightPartners for believing in our vision. We're extremely grateful to @a16z, @ActivantCapital, and @M12vc Microsoft's Venture Fund, for joining.
Above all else, thanks to our customers for trusting us. Their finance teams are thinking years ahead, thinking about what they'll be able to accomplish when AI owns a large part of the process. We'll be with them every step of the way.

Stuut just raised $52.5M to automate accounts receivable with AI agents.
What caught my attention is what happens after an agent sits on the entire order-to-cash process long enough.
It sees who pays on time, who constantly disputes invoices, which customers start delaying payments, and where things usually get stuck.
That data gets very interesting when you start thinking about credit.
AR automation might be the wedge, the bigger opportunity could be underwriting and financing on top of everything the system learns.

Big fintech funding round to start the day!
@StuutAI raised a $52.5M Series B led by @insightpartners
Stuut builds AI agents that run accounts receivable for enterprises, chasing unpaid invoices over email, SMS + voice, matching payments to invoices & working disputes + deductions
Didn't see a ton of stats on the biz but 150+ customers w/ $3B+ moved through the platform
Customers include Honeywell, ZoomInfo + Verifone

This week, Team Stuut left the skyscrapers of New York and SF for a team offsite in Montana. The perfect way to close a record quarter. 🦬
For a few days, we traded in our laptops for hiking, campfires, and disconnecting. Luckily, the whole time Lil' Stuut was working 24/7 for our customers, collecting cash.
Nothing beats getting together with ambitious, wonderful people. Somehow, we've got even more energy for what's ahead.
Speaking of, we've got some big news next week...stay tuned 🤫
We're proud to announce Stuut is now HIPAA-compliant!
Stuut's AI coworker has recovered billions for our customers. It's time to point that talent to healthcare, and give healthcare companies an AR agent that saves them time, and recovers their cash.
Thanks to Laurence Bierner for leading the charge to make this happen!
We love to see it: Stuut's own Dylan Rushe crushing it onstage at the H.I.G. Capital Engage Summit.
What we love to see even more: he appeared onstage alongside Shaun Blakeman, the CFO of Highridge Medical, who introduced Stuut as the highest ROI AI use case they've seen across the portfolio! Highridge is the gold standard for supporting their portfolio companies, and they're doing an incredibly effective job of deploying AI within the finance org. We're proud to play a part.
Shoutout to Mark Fiske, Barry Booth, Rob Rosenwein, and Gilbert Lemieux at H.I.G. for an incredible partnership, and for throwing an unforgettable event.
Bird watching, traveling the world with a dog, watching Sesame Street, spinning vinyl, building an Iron Man suit and flying around the world...
We asked the Stuut team "What would you do with more time in your day if you didn't have to chase invoices?" and it turns out, the possibilities are endless.
Let us chase the invoices for you, so you have more time to...eat a bunch of candy or do whatever you want to do.
We just got named a @FastCompany Best Workplace for Innovators!
This is a team that crashed competitor conferences with tacos, put our co-founder's face on billboards in three cities, interrogated our mascot on camera, and built an AI co-worker that has collected over $2B in cash (still just as innovative, but that felt less fun to lead with).
Grateful for a team that makes this the kind of place where the ideas that sound ridiculous at 2pm on Wednesday are live by Thursday

We're proud to announce @FastCompany named @StuutAI a Best Workplace for Innovators.
A 996 culture isn't the reason we won this award. We hire exceptional adults who take ownership, think from first principles, learn incredibly fast, and are comfortable figuring things out when there isn’t a playbook. Then we give them ambitious problems, a lot of trust, and the room to run.
We all want to win at Stuut, and more importantly, we want to win with people who make everyone around them better.
This award belongs to our team and to our customers, who keep giving us bigger problems worth solving.
Our Q2 roadmap started with a whiteboard and a marker. The team started shipping only after the frantic scribbling made the whiteboard almost illegible.
We spent the last quarter making @StuutAI better for the real-world parts of accounts receivable that never fit a generic process:
- the knowledge that lives in your team’s heads
- business units that run differently
- collectors taking PTO
- moments when customers need context from another internal dept
New features now live:
1/ Internal communication
2/ Out of office awareness
3/ Multi-business-unit support
4/ Cash application upgrades

🚀 🚀 Big milestone: @StuutAI has raised a $29.5M Series A led by @a16z with participation from @ActivantCapital & @khoslaventures This fuels our mission to bring autonomous AR to the mid-market and enterprise.
As @CharlieFink at @Forbes captured so well, “Every business in the world needs to collect money and no one’s doing it efficiently,”. Those messy, industrial, sleeves-rolled-up businesses?
This problem is particularly acute for organizations with complex customer relationships and high transaction volumes. Traditional software has tried to help for years, but it all hits the same wall: it can't actually do the work—it just gives humans tools to do it themselves.
Customers are seeing:
1️⃣ 40% more revenue collected
2️⃣ 37% faster DSO
3️⃣ 70% reduction in manual tasksThis round accelerates product development and helps more companies stop losing revenue to manual AR. What would you do with 40% more cash flow and 70% less busywork?
Huge thanks to @CharlieFink at @Forbes for the coverage.
