I’ve had 2 Porsche 968s before. Today I bought my third. A few jobs to do, 130k miles but with a really good history. 2.5 hours drive back and all good so far….

Saw this Guernsey registered Porsche 996 C4S this morning in East Sussex - looks good in that colour. But hasn’t moved for a few years by all accounts. What could possibly go wrong? (Yes, IMS, RMS, bore scoring etc). Note through the door??

Took the 968 over to Impact Bodywork next to the Bluebell Railway near Lewes this morning - not used them before but they come very highly recommended. I’ve asked them to replace some of the broken clips and fit new gaskets to make the sill covers fit better

Off to @VictoryServices for lunch today. On the way up, spotted these London to Brighton speedsters. Reminds of that Chasing Classic Cars episode

Just about to set off to take the 924S Le Mans to Northway Porsche in Aldermaston/Newbury for its Service and MOT. 75 mile trip. Has anyone in the West Sussex area got an outboard motor I could borrow?

This morning was one of those days when I needed to bring out my 31,000 mile 2005 Mitsubishi Shogun. Owned for 2 years. I can’t afford to do may miles in it because it’s a DIESEL ⛽️

Quick run down to Goodwood this afternoon. Pretty quiet on a wet Autumn afternoon BUT it was good to see this early 944 with what may be a part Strosek bodykit and a @PaulCowland_ style wooden gear knob. MOT expired though…

I bought this 968 at the end of August. I’ve done around 500 miles - no issues. Today I took the car for the MOTEST Classic Car 45 point inspection (more comprehensive than MOT). Full report received - great value for £78 - just ONE minor thing to sort before the next MOT 4/27
